I woke up to the elegant melody of a violin playing. The soft music filled the room.
I rubbed my face and looked around. I was in Sherlock's room. Worry rushed through my body as I remembered the night before. Moriarty. Jim Moriarty. His words haunted me like a nightmare. Who are you?

I've already told you my name.

But who are you?

It was as if he knew something I didn't. His grim smile was there when I closed my eyes. He truly scared me.

I pulled the covers off me and got up. The natural light was pouring in from the open window. It was beautiful. The violin continued playing as I opened the door and walked down the hallway. Sherlock was stood by his chair, watching the traffic go by as he played. Trying not to disturb him, I made some tea and sat down.

When the song finished he gently placed the instrument down.

"Good morning." I smiled as he sat down in his chair.

He looked at me curiously. "What do you mean? Do you mean to wish me a good morning or do you mean that it is a good morning whether I want it or not?"

"What?"

"Or perhaps you mean that you feel nice on this particular morning. Or are you stating that this is a morning to be good on?"

"Calm down there, Gandalf." I laughed.

He smirked.

"Why are you referencing The Hobbit anyway?"

"John made me watch it when he lived here. I saw the opportunity and took it."

"I'm totally gonna make you watch lots of movies." I chuckled. "Maybe some TV too."

He dramatically sighed. "I hope not."

"Supernatural, Thor, Doctor Who" I rambled on, still grinning. "Merlin, Harry Potter, Hunger Games."

"Uugh, no." He said. We stared at each other and burst out laughing.

"Gosh, imagine you watching telly."

He scoffed. "That's what ordinary people do."

"Are you not ordinary?" I asked.

He stared right at me and smirked. "No."

I chuckled. "Am I?"

"I suppose not."

"Good. Normal is boring." I smiled.

"Yes, it is."

I finished my tea and sat it on the table. "Deduce me."

"Why?"

"Because you didn't when we met. It's your biggest talent, isn't it? Impress me."

"I did deduce you but I didn't say it out loud."

"Go ahead then, tell me what you see."

He sighed. "Fine. You are approximately 25, no children or partner. You were an army doctor, like John it seems, but in Iraq. Your mother cheated on Lestrade then went to jail for using drugs. You stayed with Lestrade until you got a job as a doctor. You left to go to somewhere in England then travelled to Iraq. You're haunted by what you've seen. The death and injury. And you really like animals."

"Wow. Very good." I smiled. "All correct."

"Thank you." He laughed. "Didn't I mess anything up? I have to admit that I confused John's sister to be a brother. It was difficult though because she's lesbian, I didn't realise, he didn't show any signs of it."

"Nope. You got it all."

"Great." He grinned.

I checked the time - 6:37.

"I've got to go to work. I might come back when I'm finished. You'd be lucky though, I'm shattered already." I pulled on my coat and picked up my phone.

"May or may not be in. If I'm not, you'll have Mrs Hudson to chat with." He said absentmindedly, and waved his hand lazily.

"As much as I like her, I think I'll pass." I grinned. "À bientôt, Mr Holmes."

"Jusqu'à la prochaine fois, Miss Taylor."

I grinned at him and winked, then walked downstairs and outside.
