Okay.
Many people have had this question for a long time.
And I now have a Theory!
So this is what I think: The night the Pj masks met there friends (read in the previous chapter) and got there powers, They also got an ability that helps them contain they're sleep. It's basically where there're asleep, but there not asleep. They're suit gives them the sleep and energy they need for the following day, and that's why they don't sleep.
I'm not entirely sure, but thats what I think.
I also think that maybe the kids actually fight the Villains in there dreams, which would be interesting.
But anyways, those are my theory's.
