Eren glanced over at the small sound that came from the other patient. He assumed it was a guy, but until he was certain, Eren was going to refrain from using any specific pronouns.

"No," Eren huffed, crossing his arms.

"Do you....need the nurse...?" The other asked.

Eren then noticed how the other was speaking. Almost as if he was frightened to say anything.

"No, no, I'm fine. I just realized I'm going to miss something very important to me." Eren sighed.

The other said nothing for a minute, but soon enough the hesitant voice spoke again.

"What...was it?"

"Hm? Oh, a concert. A Rivai concert, to be exact. Tonight was supposed to be the mega-awesome opening premier night for the tour. My friends and I got VIP tickets and everything," The brunet whined. "But if I had to guess, they're going without me. They aren't here, anyway..."

The last part was more of an agitated grumble. Eren wouldn't want his friends to miss such an iconic concert, but....he didn't want to be all alone either.

He missed them already.

"Rivai...?"

Eren scoffed. Of course he'd get stuck with the one person in the whole world who didn't know who his idol was.

"You don't know him?"

"No....I do. I just....don't think....he's all that great."

"You, my friend, are insane," Eren said, sitting up. He was one of those overprotective fangirl types, no lie. He would go to war to defend Rivai. "Rivai is an incredible force to be reckoned with. He writes every single one of his songs, except for maybe three of them. He's only done one feature his entire solo career, and not to mention, he can play several instruments without breaking a sweat—"

"I...know that. I know....a lot about him." The other said. "Everything you've said is.....true. And I know...even more than that....about him."

"So if you know so much about him, prove it," Eren sneered.

The other sighed, but began to speak.

"Rivai. 2014 Indie artist of the year. Current nominee for a Grammy. Was born on December 25th, 1991, to Jacqueline and Richard Ackerman. Both deceased. Was taken under the care of an uncle, Kenny Ackerman, for the remainder of his adolescent life. First made his career debut in 2005, with the popular band Raven Corps as a guitar player and back-up singer. Band broke up in 2009. Rivai proceeded to develop his solo career shortly afterwards, and has been pursuing it ever since. Records of his true identity are still largely unknown, due to protective measures put on his records for legal reasons. Announced the 'Survey' tour a year ago, tickets getting sold out almost immediately. The premier opener was cancelled, however, due to....an incident."

Eren sat in his bed, bewildered at the stunning accuracy of the other's wide knowledge of his beloved idol's life. How could he possibly know all of this? Eren looked towards the curtain, burning an invisible laser through to the other in the room.

"How do you know—"

"Excuse me," Annie said, suddenly appearing into the room. She swiftly made her way to the other side of Eren's curtain. The brunet heard a brief exchange of whispers, before Annie reappeared, going over to Eren.

"How are you feeling?" She asked, her piercing blue eyes boring into his own sea green ones.

"I've been better," He grumbled, turning away his blurry gaze. He wanted to talk to the other person again. How the hell did he know all that about Rivai? How did he know about the concert, too?
