Name: Child of the Light

Type: Emitter/Transformation

Description: The user can summon a cape which gives the user the ability of flight. 1 flap of the cape wings costs a yellow star which is placed along the back of the cape, their are 11 stars in total (There very powerful flaps). There are a few ways the stars can be restored; giving high fives and hugs restores 1 heart. To get full charge straight away they'd need a recharge potion which can be summoned. The user also has enhanced durability, a higher pain tolerance, resistance to fire and the user can also communicate with butterflies who can also recharge the stars.

The user also has something called their inner fire/light which basically keeps them alive, everyone has this inner fire/light but because of the users quirk their the only one that can get effected by it.

Strength(s):

-Very easy to restore stars.

-Inner fire/light can be restored the same way as stars.

-It's hard for the user to get hurt by anything, punches, stab wounds etc, yes it would look painful but because the user would be more durable and have a higher pain tolerance they are more than likely to walk off a stab wound.

-They can walk through fire... I mean they are resistant to fire so I thought it would be obvious.

Weakness(es):

-Rain; Rain will draw out the users inner fire/light. If their inner fire/light disappears they will begin to melt or begin to get covered in a stone substance. This makes it difficult to breath but they wont die, the user will just be struggling for a while until they re assemble or until the stone breaks off.

-Water is the same as rain, however if a water pool is shallow the user wont be affected.

Special Move: Charge Light; If the user is in the air and still has a lot of inner fire/light stored within them they can channel that light into their heart. This allows the user to fly at a fast speed and if an opponent is ahead of them they can release their light, blinding the opponent and leaving them stunned and sometimes burned.
