Floating Clouds

I hate being around people but not for the reasons you think. You see from a very young age, I could always read people like a book. Trust me, it's just like blinking your eyes. So, I decided not to tell people about this ability because I am already an outcast as it is. Let's just say having money and power means nothing without real friends or just real people.

I thank god I have CJ as a friend. She is the only one who gets me and I did tell you she, too is gifted but not in the same way. She can foresee the future. Sometimes, I wish I had her abilities. She doesn't have to deal with other people's feelings or worse sense other non-human things.

Yes, I could sense other things. Sometimes, I could see it. Sometimes, I have to lend my help. I must emphasize not everyone can be helped. For those I could help, I do my best. Not many know I do this, as an heiress of Medicus, a Pharma company, it is not good press.

No one must know what I do or how I feel. For once, I just want to be like the wind going from place to another.
