Third Person POV
When (Y/N) woke up, her body felt sore all over. "Ugh," she moaned, shifting painfully. Slowly sliding off the bed, she rubbed her eyes groggily and stumbled to pull the divider open.
"Mornin-" (Y/N) stop mid-sentence, shocked at what she saw. Hiro stopped too. Blood rushed to her face and her heart thumped as she slammed the screen back, completely flustered. "S-Sorry!" she stuttered.
First yesterday, now this?!, (Y/N) thought.
She internally groaned. Her face was ablaze.
Hiro wasn't off too well on the other side either. He could feel his that face, ears, and neck were hot with embarrassment as he pulled his shirt over his head. It didn't help that he wasn't over with what happened yesterday. It was a completely sleepless night for him. He spent the entire night laying in the darkness and thinking about what that was all about. His heart ached and his face was flushed, but all he could think about is (Y/N) pretty colored eyes, and the way that her hair framed her face and the way she smiles.
Hiro shook his head. "(Y-Y/N)," he called. "It's okay now."The screen slid to the side slowly. "Sorry," she muttered.
"It's okay," Hiro said.
"Hiro! (Y/N)!" Aunt Cass called from below, thankfully breaking the awkward tension.
"Yeah?!" Hiro shouted back.
"Come down here!"
The threesome (Baymax inflated) walked down into the kitchen, where Aunt Cass was taking out ingredients. "Can you two help me and put all these into the refrigerator? Thanks."
They headed towards it and began to put it away. (Y/N) noticed something about the ingredients. "Aunt Cass, are you baking a cake?
She looked up from whatever she was doing. "Hm? Yeah, I am. It's a custom ordered cake. I'm going to work on it later."
(Y/N)'s eyes glittered. "What type of cake is it?"
"Strawberry marble. Gosh, and today is going to be busy too, and making this does take a while..."
"I can make it for you!" (Y/N) offered, excited. "I've baked this before and it's been a while since I have. Please Aunt Cass?"
"I suppose there's no harm..." Aunt Cass agreed reluctantly.
"No need to worry! I know what I'm doing," (Y/N) reassured. She started opening the cabinets to get her supplies, smiling brightly.
"I need it by four, (Y/N)," Aunt Cass said and gave her a list of requirements for the cake.
"Perfect!"
"Well then, I'll be in the shop okay?"
Aunt Cass went downstairs and left the teens and the robot. (Y/N) hummed a song while tying up her hair to keep it out of her face. Then she started. Hiro sat on the stool on the other side of the counter. with his chin resting on his hand, looking at all of her movements. Baymax and (Y/N) started a small conversation on baking and whatever. Baymax seemed interested in what she was doing too and tried to help.
It was a big mistake when (Y/N) let Baymax handle the mixer. Batter exploded all over him.
Hiro kept annoying her while she baked while Baymax followed her around. But even by the time she put the cake in to bake, she was still grinning.
Hiro seemed to notice how happy (Y/N) seemed. She was smiling the entire time, as if it was nostalgic for her.
"(Y/N)," Hiro asked a little dreamily, "how come you're so happy?"
