OhmFluke A Day

Like usual, the class started like any other day.

Everybody was anticipating in class and was answering questions, all except for one.

Ohm was sitting on his chair, his mind somewhere else.

The seat beside him was empty.

Fluke didn't come to class today.

This morning before leaving for school, Mummy Pharm's phone rang. It was Mommy Wine, telling him that Fluke is sick and can't make it to school.

Once Mummy Pharm told him about it, Ohm almost didn't want to go to school too, instead wanting to go to Fluke's house.

"No baby, Fluke is having a fever. Wine said he's okay, you can visit him once you're back from school, okay?"

Ohm pouted but nodded his head.

The whole time in school Ohm wasn't participating as much as he usually do, but Teacher Pu seems to understand that.

When Pharm sent Ohm earlier, he had told Teacher Pu of Fluke absence.

Ohm had been looking at the clock every minute, wanting the hour to pass by fast so he can go and visit his boyfriend as fast as he could.

"Okay, Ohmmy, your turn."

He didn't even realise they started on the alphabet lesson.

"What letter was it Teacher Pu? I'm sorry I wasn't listening." He bashfully said, pink hues appearing on his face.

Teacher Pu smile. "It's okay Ohmmy. The letter is 'P'."

Today they didn't continue with the game they previously played so its back to giving a word and a sentence for the word.

Ohm looked at the white board where Teacher Pu wrote some word.

Unlike before, he wasn't prepared with his word today.

And with Fluke being absence, he haven't been thinking on his word at all today.

"P..." He started.

Seeing as he's still struggling with his word, Teacher Pu said that he'll have his turn later once he's ready.

Ohm nodded and thank his teacher before sitting down again.

Now really thinking of a word for the letter.

About 15 minutes later when everybody has been asked, Teacher Pu turned back to Ohm.

"Are you ready now Ohm?"

"Yes." The boy nodded and stood up again.

"Partner, Fluke is my partner and I will always take care of him." He said confidently.

Teacher Pu smile and clapped her hands.

"That was very good Ohmmy, thank you." Then just as she said that, the school bell rang, signalling the end of school that day.

The students pack their backs and greeted Teacher Pu goodbye.

Ohm ran towards the gate where he knows his mummy is waiting.

Once he spotted Pharm, he bolted towards his legs.

"Mummy! Can we go and get some presents for Noo before we visit him?"

Pharm smile and nodded his head. "Of course, but we're going back home fist. You need to shower. You don't want to make Fluke's fever worst if you come to him with dirt, right?"

Ohm almost want to whine but agreed to his mummy.

He needs to make sure Fluke is better as fast as he can.

"Okay mummy."

And hour later, they were at Fluke's house with a basket of fruits and some chocolates. Ohm insisted to buy it for his boyfriend.

"He's just a little feverish. He fell asleep on the floor last night and we weren't fast enough to put him in bed." Wine said, a little sad.

"Oh poor baby. It's okay Wine, I'm sure he's getting better now." Pharm said reassuringly.

"Mommy Wine, can I go see Noo?"

Wine smile with a nod. "Sure. But he was napping so if he's still sleeping don't wake him up just yet, okay?"

"Okay." And Ohm made his way upstairs.

He knows where Fluke's room is and made his way to said room with ease.

The turned the door knob carefully, keeping in mind what Mommy Wine told him.

He tip toe his was inside and once he was sure that Fluke was still sleeping, he looked at his lover.

"Get well soon Noo." He whispered.

He was about to turn around and leave when he heard rustling by the bed.

"Ohmmy?"

Fluke was awake.

"I'm sorry Noo, go back to sleep. I didn't mean to disturb your sleep."

"No, you didn't disturb me. Can you come here?" Ohm slowly made his way to the bed when Fluke took his hand and pull him into his bed.

Fluke tightly holding onto the bigger boy.

Ohm chuckled and made himself comfortable on the bed, making sure the blanket is covering his sick boyfriend.

"Are you okay now?"

"I'm okay. Mommy is just being too protective."

They chuckled. "I got chocolates for you."

Fluke smile and was about to let go of the hug only to be stopped by the older boy.

"But you can only eat it when you're perfectly okay." Which made the smaller boy pout.

"Okay, but Ohmmy is tired too. So let's sleep together."

"Are you sure?"

"Yup! Sleep with me okay?"

"Okay."

30 minutes later, the door to the room was opened. Wine peeked in and chuckled at the sight he was greeted by.

A hugging duo under the blanket.

Quickly taking his phone out of his pants pocket, he snap some pictures.

"Pete is going to go crazy if he sees this."
