the next morning came and novak couldn't sleep, so she ended up rolling over and then she saw that he wasn't there before she heard the shower turn off and he walked out with his towel hanging off of his waist and she looked at him.
"thank you for staying." she mumbled softly as she decided to get up and DoorDash break- fast and she tucked her hair behind her ear.
"no problem, nova. you wanna talk about it?" he asked, she shook her head and looked down as she heard the doorbell ring and she ran down and the stairs, grabbing the food as she brought it back upstairs and she looked at him.
"look what just came." she said smirking as she sat the food down and she sat on the bed, as she began to eat and she could feel herself becoming sick so she pushed her food away and vinnie noticed and put the food away before pulling her into his arms. he didn't know what happened at the party or after the party but what he did know was that it was affecting her and her eating habits.
"you mean the world to kio, you know that right?" vinnie mumbled trying to cheer her up.
"i know, and he doesn't want to lose you."
"i'm not suicidal, vinnie."
"then why aren't you eating?"
"none of your business."
"novak i was trying to-"
"get out."
"what?"
"you heard me. get out. now."
he nodded and looked away before walking out of the door and she followed him to close the door and she cried out softly against her hands as she fell face first onto the bed before her phone went off and she checked it.
