Loki's darling

It has been already plenty of hours from their leaving. You assumed that they wouldn't come back today. You really hoped they were okay, but of course they were.

You were sitting in the kitchen and drinking your coffee. You were quite bored as well. But that boredom was long gone the second you heard glass cracked below you. You rushed as fast as you could with those useless legs of yours, into the downstairs where they kept Bucky.
When you got yourself there, you saw him laying on the floor, still tied up and glass all around him. "What the heck you think you're doing?!" you grumbled and tried to lift him up. It was hard because he was heavy, but with your powers you lift him easily.
"Nothing, it was an accident." Bucky groaned in pain. Few pieces of glass were stuck on his skin. You couldn't just leave him like that so you made risky decision. "Alright come with me." you ordered and untied him. He looked at you abashed as he stood up. "If you try to do something I swear it's not gonna end well for you." you grumbled and started to drag him from his arm.

You led him to the medical and sat him down on the chair. You took scissors and started to cut his shirt. "Hey what are you doing?" Bucky asked confused and tried to resist. "Stay still, I need to take off those glasses." you murmured at him kept cutting.

After you had got that shirt off of him you looked at his wounds. They looked pretty bad, but they were nothing that you couldn't fix, thanks to Frigga.
You took them out carefully one by one while he groaned out a bit of pain.
Once you had got every single one of them out, you focused on your healing power again. You thought it would took more time because you haven't used this skill of yours for awhile, but you managed it pretty easily this time.

Your hand glowed yellow while you healed his wounds. "Healing power.., just like your mother.." Bucky told you gently after a short silence. You gave him a glare. He got your message and looked down, not saying anything else.
You walked behind him and started to heal his biggest and last wound on his back.

"It wasn't accident, wasn't it?" you told him while you still healed his back. Bucky sighed heavily and lifted his head up. "No, no it wasn't. I wanted to escape.." he told you little ashamed and sad.
"None of you aren't safe when I'm here, Hydra is probably tracking me right now." he added and looked over his shoulder at you. "You might be right, but I think Cap has a reason to keep you here." you told him firmly. Bucky sighed again.

You finished his wound and faced him.
"You know, you could just fight me off and escape, of course I can't promise you that you could win me but it's worth to try." you said suddenly which made him look at you strangely. "I would never do that to you, you're my daughter." he responded.
You frowned and turned your back on him. "Didn't I made it clear already? I'm not your daughter." you grumbled.
"Y/N..." Bucky sighed and walked towards you and grabbed your hand. "Don't touch me!" you raised your voice and slammed his hand.

But right then, out of nowhere, the windows blew up. Bucky rushed above you to cover you from the glass.
You looked up and saw plane which was just about to shoot you. "Get down!" Bucky shouted and pushed you on the floor. And just at the right time.

Few men jumped through the windows and ran towards you. Bucky jumped on his feet and tried to fight them but there were too many of them. They tased him and he fell on the floor. You tried to stood up but one of them noticed you and grabbed your neck. He lifted you up and right before he tased you too, you saw Hydra's logo in his arm. Then everything went dark.

"Y/N! Y/N wake up!" you heard Loki shouting next to you. You opened your eyes slowly and looked at him seeing his concerned and almost teary eyes. He helped you to sat up and you felt immediately a horrible headache. "Yellow one are you okay? What happened?" Thor asked and kneeled next to you as well. You noticed soon how the whole team had gathered around you.
You felt dizzy and your head burned like hell. "Hydra..." you mumbled and tried hard to keep your eyes open. Cap and Natasha looked at each other concerned. "Y/N, where's Bucky? The glass were broken downstairs." Cap asked.
"They... they took him.." you mumbled and groaned out of pain. Few pieces of glass were stuck in your arm.
"What was he even doing here?!" Cap raised his voice at you. "Shut up, don't you see she's suffering?!" Loki growled at Cap. Then he lifted you up on his arms.

"It's gonna be alright darling I got you.." Loki told you softly and carried you away, leaving the team look after you like idiots.

He put you down on his couch in his room. You still felt too dizzy to stay awake. Loki went to his bathroom and came back with some bounds. "Hey hey, darling, stay awake." he lifted your chin with his fingers and made you look at him. He looked so worried.
Loki took out the glasses and tied your wounds with the bounds. Then he grabbed you again on his arms and carried you into his bed. He sat next to you and you wrapped your arms around him. You felt safe now.

"Thank you.." you mumbled before you fell asleep again.

You woke up again, Loki still next to you and his fingers running through your hair. "I was so worried.." he mumbled softly as he noticed that you had woke up.
"I'm gonna kill every single one of them for hurting you." he grumbled then.
You smiled and looked up at him.
"I'm safe and feeling better now, thanks to you." you told him gently and kiss his cheek, but he still didn't relax.
"I shouldn't have left you.. without protection. This is my fault." Loki blamed himself again. Those words made you sat up immediately and turn on him.
"Loki no, you need to stop blaming yourself. This wasn't your fault, and neither was anything else!" you told him firmly. He looked at you with tear falling down on his cheek.

"When Tony got call from Jarvis that they attacked in here, my heart jumped. I don't want to lose you, you are my everything darling." he mumbled, his voice was broken and hurt.
Your eyes started to tear up. "Loki..." you whispered and placed your hand on his cheek. He leaned on it and closed his eyes. You pulled him into your arms and kissed his head. "It's alright, it wasn't your fault.... I wouldn't never blame you for that, never. I love you my Loki." you whispered as he tightened his grip around you.

Your heart didn't take that... that he blamed himself. It felt horrible. You loved your Loki more than anything and you didn't want him to feel guilt. Besides it was your own fault, you should have protected yourself, you were an avenger after all. But you failed and now they got Bucky. Although you hated him, you still didn't want him to end up in Hydra's hands.

You wondered too why they didn't take you too, just him. Maybe they were up to something?

"Captain wants Y/N immediately to the common room." Jarvis interrupted you two. You have been cuddling since your woke up and Loki didn't let you leave. He wanted to make sure you're safe.

"Coming." you mumbled and sat up, Loki's arms still around you. "I'm coming as well." he told you and sat up too. You nodded, you knew you would need him by your side right now.

Doors slid open and whole team was waiting for you. Cap walked towards you, Tony by his side. "I think that now would be the perfect time to explain." he told you firmly. You sighed and told them everything what happened from the moment you heard the glass broke.

After you had finished your story, Cap sighed heavily and looked at Tony. "We should have expected this.." Cap said him and Tony nodded slowly.
"Expected what?" you asked confused. Tony turned his eyes on you and sighed as well.
"I guess it's time to you to know as well." he said and you looked at him more confused.

"Those last missions we have been on, has been about Hydra. We tried to track them because we knew that eventually they would try to take you and Bucky again.
When Nick called me, he told that they had found Hydra, that's why we didn't take you with us." Tony explained as the others listened and agreed with him.
"So you think I'm capable to fight but you didn't take me there because of Hydra?" you asked. Tony nodded.
"We tried to protect you." Cap added. You glared at him and the others.

Then Tony cleared his throat and continued. "We didn't found them, there was nothing there, where we had tracked them. And right at the same time I got call from Jarvis about the attack and right then I knew they had tricked us. We rushed here and saw you lying on the floor. And I'm still wondering why they didn't take you too." Tony finished and then looked at you again.

You turned your face at Loki. "You knew about this and didn't tell me.." you said little hurted. "I was trying to protect you darling." he told you gently.

"We all were.." Thor added and they all nodded in agreement while you glared at them. You were little pissed, because they had kept this secret from you this whole time and made you feel like you weren't part of the team.
