Tommy age regression

"There is clothing in the drawer, meet me downstairs."  Tommy nodes and with that, I leave and head downstairs and sit on the couch. "Phil I'm sorry for getting so mad, he's just so important to me and I want him to be happy as possible when he's in his little space." 

"It's okay, I'm sorry I lost my cool I will make it up to him."  We sat there for a few minutes until I heard the stairs creak and a few seconds later Tommy appears

"Ready to go?" He stares coldly at Phil then nodes and we head to the door and put our shoes on before we exit the house I shoot Phil a sympathetic look, then we both exit the house. "So what do you want to do?"

"Can we go to a park?" 

"Yeah, I know a good park across town." 

"Why across town?"

"It's safest, your dad could be around here." He nodes and jumps into the car, I do the same.

-After driving for Twenty minutes-

I pulled the car into a parking spot "Hey Tommy.. Do you think you could forgive Phil?" 

"Maybe, I don't know how much I trust him to not yell at me again when I'm in that state." 

"I'll always be there when you are in your little headspace."

"Alright, maybe I'll consider it." We both hopped out of the car and went to the swings.

"Tommy, I have another question.."

"Shoot."

"Would you like to be adopted by me, and would you like to have your dad put behind bars granted he won't have long in there but he will have a large fine, and when he gets out if he tries again his sentence will be longer." He stares at me deep in thought.

"Yes please adopt me and I don't care how long he is behind bars as long as he gets some sort of punishment for what he's done to me." 

"Alright, well let's get him to put behind bars first then technically you won't have a parent then I can take custody of you." 

"Thank you Techno..." 

"Anything for you." 

-1 hour later- 

"Technoooo, I'm hungry." I hummed

"Alright then let's get going, we can pick up ice cream on the way home." 

We both walked over to the car and hopped in 

-We drove for 15 minutes stopping at dairy queen to get meals and ice cream then drove for another 15 minutes- 

Once I pulled into the driveway we both hopped out of the car and entered the house. "Were home!!"  Phil immediately came running and pulled Tommy into a tight hug 

"I'm so sorry Tommy it was wrong of me to yell at you." 

"It's okay I forgive you.." 

"Alright guys I have to go upstairs and try and get a court set up."  before Phil could question it I left and went upstairs and entered my room, first I got on my computer and went on the website 

-20 minutes later- 

'Eight months, are you fucking kidding me??!! Eight fucking months whatever I'll keep him protected' I got up and went downstairs to see Tommy sitting on Phil's lap  sucking his thumb "Can I.. Hold him?" 

"Yeah Of course!" I went over and picked him and held him so he was snuggled up to my side.

"Hey strawberry... Getting to stay me dada will take longer than expected." I couldn't hold it in any longer 'I'm going to have to protect him for eight months all by myself because Phil and Wil won't be able to stay for that long.. ' I sat on the floor and cried 

"Don't cry dada, why sad?"

"I'm just tired strawberry, don't worry about me okay." I kissed his forehead 'I have to be strong for him, I can't be crying.' Tommy snuggled up to me and played with his hair while trying to switch to a positive headspace.

"Tech, what's really going on what's got you so upset?" Phil said

"I want to get Tommy's dad behind bars and so I got a court case but it's eight months away, his dad is trying to find him, I can't protect him for that long all by myself."

"Then we won't leave, we will stay and protect him if his dad is going to try and get him he has to get through us too, right Phil" 

"Yeah, I'll call up Kristen and tell her the situation I'm sure she'll be fine with it."

"Thank you guys but you really don't have to."

"We don't have to, we want to." 

"Thank you.." 

Sorry for the shorter chapter's my mental health has recently been getting really bad so I've been struggling to keep motivated.
