As I left Senpai in the locker room. It got me thinking why does he care about me. I mean, I just met the guy.

I ran outside the gym building to met up with Pico. And his other friends, I noticed they were there too. "Hey, Pico!" I walked up to them waiting for me outside the gym door. "Hey! Y/N" Pico said with a smile. I smiled back at Pico and pulled out his backpack from my right shoulder. "Here Pic. Sorry for the wait, I was- changing" I mean was only half telling the truth. But I didn't want to talk about it in front of Pico's friends. "Alright, come on Y/N. we have a spot up ahead outside where the blossom trees are." Pico said leading us the way I followed close behind Pico, with his friends Darnell and Nene. "So... how long have you guys been going here?" I asked looking at Darnell and Nene. "Three years, not very long. Your new right?" Darnell asked looking at me making Nene join in the conversation "yep! I still don't know many people of course-" I said with a sad tone to my voice "don't worry! Y/N, we will have you make new friends soon enough" Nene said hitting my shoulder playfully making me feel better and smile "aww thanks! Nene"

"Alright, here we are," Pico said sitting down on the wooden bench round table. Pulling his backpack off and sitting down. Making me do the same. I sat beside Pico as I watch Darnell and Nene sit down on the right of us. Pico pulled out his phone and texted someone, he quickly turned off his phone putting it in his baggy school pants. "Okay. I texted Keith I told him we are waiting for him at the table and Scarlett. They should arrive soon-" "who's Scarlett?" I asked turning to Pico "oh! Yeah, I almost forgot Scarlett is Keith's girlfriend. They are always late to arrive..."

Pico mumbled resting his head on his left hand. While his right hand was tapping on the wooden table. Pico sighed impatiently turning his head back and forth. "Cool it, Pico. Give Keith and Scarlett a break." Darnell said awhile taking a bite of his sandwich. "I know. But come on it's every time" Pico said awhile rubbing his face with his hands with a big sigh leaving his mouth. "I mean Pico, come on. You never had a girlfriend or anything really-" Nene said smirking under her phone.

"HEY SHUT UP I JUST HAVEN'T FOUND THE RIGHT PERSON YET!" Pico yelled making some students look over at us and giving Pico a weird look. "Yeah come on Pico. Like what Darnell said, it could be something important on their side. And you would never know." I said assuring him

Pico turned to me and returned with a smug smile. "Hey, sorry guys I was late. I was doing stuff" someone said we all turned to look and saw the very only Keith. "Keith!" I said getting up from my seat and waving at him "Y/N! It's nice to see you again. I see you made yourself quite the friend group huh?" Keith smirked looking at me "haha! Yeah, I guess your right about that." I sighed happily looking at Darnell, Pico and Nene.

"Hey, Keith? Where's Scarlett." Nene asked looking up from her phone at Keith. "Oh- she's at the office picking up something from her Dad. Any-who!" Keith sat down on the empty left side with one more spot for his girlfriend. It all almost seems too perfect. I looked around seeing the cherry trees around us with beautiful light pink making this place seem more like a garden than a school. I took out my lunch and ate, "wow... it's so beautiful here" I said still mesmerized by the pink blooming cherry trees. "Ehh you get used to it," Pico said eating his lunch while pulling out a bag of chips. Keith smiled and spoke, "so Y/N how's your morning so far?" Keith said tapping the wooden table like an impatient child "good! Actually, I'm happy I ran into you, Keith."

I laughed but soon stopped when I saw a beautiful long brownish red hair girl walking up to us and sitting down next to Keith and hugged him "how's my little gumdrop doing!" That must be Scarlett. I thought to myself "haha! Stop kissing my cheek" Keith said awhile play fighting with his girlfriend. "Oh, goodness I haven't introduced myself yet." She said with a bright smile on her face. She rested her hand on her chest and gave me a warm smile. "My name is Scarlett. And you must be?" She asked leaning in towards me "I'm Y/N. you probably know that by now" I giggled she smiled back at me "haha! Yeah, Keith told me a lot about you, how you met, how you got lost on your first day-" Keith lightly hit Scarlett on the shoulder making her stop talking. "So. What classes do you guys have next? I have science" I asked looking around the table

Nene sighed "I have math boring as hell" "I have... science! Sweet we might be in the same class" Scarlett said happily look at me from her paper "let's see... I have math. Most likely with Nene" Keith said looking at her "I have math too!" Darnell said looking at Keith and high five Darnell. Darnell turned to Nene and high five her as well as the three smirked at each other.

"What about you Pico?" I asked turning to him "I have science- hey! We have the same teacher" Pico smirked and pulled his right arm around my shoulder and rubbed my hair making it messy "hey! Hey, stop it!" I laughed making Pico giggle like a schoolgirl. "You two seem to be getting along well. " Darnell said as I nodded agreeing. Pico still having his arm around me "so... Y/N have you seen Senpai?" Scarlett said moving her head away from Keith I paused for a second lost in my own thoughts and replied to her "I have. what's the big deal about him?" I asked looking at the group and everyone went quiet.

Darnell decided to cut the silence same with Nene "well he's kind of a hotshot. Around here as you can probably tell-" Darnell bluntly looking at me. "more like an asshole." Nene said hitting the table, Nene eyed me and leaned in more "be careful Y/N he may look nice and friendly. But he's Lucifer himself." Nene huffed crossing her arms "aww come on guys he could change-" I said but I was cut off by Pico "for real?! that piece of shit. won't change he punch me in the nose on purpose!" Pico said pointing at his nose Pico sighed. "Come on Y/N you saw that." I simply nodded "I guess your right Pic, some people can't change." I said looking down at my bottle of water and taking a sip. "Are we talking about me here?" someone said with a sweet bitter tone to their voice "Senpai?!" I said in shock.
