Little Nightmares II

Hello guys! This is my first time ever writing something like this. This story is about the actual game Little Nightmares 2. Feel free to give constructive criticism, although I may not write again. I will skip little things sometimes, such as finding a lever in the game or something. I added a few things, like Mono and Six now talk to each other in the story. I hope you guys enjoy, and I'm sorry if some parts get boring, like the puzzle parts. I will try my best to keep this entertaining.

Mono tumbled on the ground beside a TV.

What just happened?

Mono thought.

He got up with a headache.

"You have seriously got to be joking." Mono grumbled.

Mono walked past bear traps and jumped over collapsed bridges to soon find a house in the middle of the woods.

I have absolutely no clue where I am heading.  I also don't think it's the brightest idea to go into this house. Who knows who lives here?

He walked onto the porch and jumped through the window.

"Knocking? Not my thing." Mono muttered.

A music box played in the distance. He pushed through the door and entered a hallway. The noise seemed to be coming from the basement.

Mono squeezed between the door and its frame and headed downstairs. He quietly walked up to the door and peered through. A girl was inside, winding up a music box as it played throughout the house.

Should I let her out? Is she trapped or something?

He decided he'd get in the room.

He examined the room to see a machete stuck in a box. He hopped up and pulled on the handle, only for it to snap in half.

"Man, I kind of needed that" Mono muttered.

Mono went through the door beside the staircase and found a axe stuck in a box.

Let's just hope this one doesn't break

He pulled on the axe. It came off the box and clattered to the floor loudly. Mono cringed at the noise. He never liked loud noises and they never helped him in any situation.

He dragged the axe over to the door and swung. It collided to the door and a plank broke off. The music box abruptly stopped playing.

Mono swung two more times and he finally had a path into the room.

"Definitely a entrance," He scoffed.

He crept inside the room only to see the music box unattended.

His eyes stopped upon a bed and he walked towards it. He checked under it to see the girl huddled up in the corner.

Mono stuck out a hand in order for the girl to see that he wasn't going to harm her. He wanted to help.

The girl slowly crawled out from under the bed. She looked at Mono's hand and just as he thought she was going to take it, she ran past him and out the room.

"Hey, come back!" Mono called.

The girl ran up the stairs and Mono followed close behind.

Woah, she is fast.
