Magic Tricks, finding the Hex and falling in love? (Jimmy Woo x Reader Story)

New mission and a mysterious town

"Y/N, can I come in?" Jimmy asks knocking on the door, "Sure" I say walking to the door and unlocking it, "Morning missy" he tells me smiling at me, wearing a similar outfit to mine, "Morning mister, come in" I tell him smiling back at him, he comes in and takes a seat at a chair, 

"I had a great idea, we need to read the files we were given right, I read there was this really nice breakfast place about 10 minutes away, I was thinking we could go get breakfast while reading the files, what do you think?" Jimmy explained I took my files and nodded, "Sure that's a great idea"

We both leave my room and Jimmy picks up his files, we lock our dorms and get in the car driving to the breakfast place.

Once we arrive we go in and find a table, "So what are you thinking of getting?" Jimmy asks me, I look down at the menu on the table reading through it, "I'm still not sure, you?" I say turning to look at Jimmy, "I might get the pancakes with eggs and bacon" he tells me and I nod looking through the menu thinking of what to get

"Hey there fellas, I haven't seen you around here before, I'm Mike," A tall brown long-haired man says as he walks to our table, he has his name tag so I'm guessing he works here, "Yeah we are just here fur to our jobs" I explain to him as he takes out some paper and a pen,

"Well I'm sure you'll like it here, it's a nice little town here in Taos. So what would you fellas like to eat?" he asks us, he seems to enjoy his job and has a very outgoing personality, "I'll have some pancakes with eggs and bacon please," Jimmy says and Mike writes that down, "I think I'll have F/B please"

"Alright, any drinks?" Jimmy turns to look at me smiling, "Want some coffee?" I nod smiling, "Two coffees as well please" Jimmy adds, "Alright, your food shouldn't take too long," Mike says before walking away, 5 minutes later he comes back with our coffees and I take out my files and start reading through it,

"I don't understand, none of these people have criminal records, they look harmless," I say looking up at Jimmy confused, "Maybe they had a double life, a spy maybe and they messed around with the wrong people" Jimmy pointed out but I shook my head, "Fury would have been able to found documents regarding a double life, so it can't be that," I tell him and turn my file around pointing at the picture of the family

"Why would 8 members of a family go missing without a trace, it just doesn't make sense, who would do something like that," I tell him my tone rather agitated, he puts his hand on top of mine and holds it, "Hey don't worry, we'll figure it out okay?" I nodded taking a deep breath, "Okay"

"Some pancakes with eggs and bacon ready," Mike says walking towards our table as he places the plate in front of Jimmy and he thanks Mike, he then goes back to the kitchen and the comes out again, "And some F/B as well," he tells me placing my plate down, "Thank you Mike," I tell him and he nods at me walking away

"The food looks delicious right?" Jimmy says as he takes some maple syrup and pours it on his pancakes, "It really does, local food can be so much better than well-known sometimes" I point out and Jimmy nods.

Once we are finished eating we start discussing what our next move will be, "Maybe we should talk to some family friends?" Jimmy suggests, "What would that give us though, we need something bigger, something we can examine, something-",

"Dana was found in the forest!" a woman shouts as she rushes inside the place, Mike looks at her worried, "Is she okay?", "She's dead! Dana's dead!" the woman tells Mike and burst into tears, he hugs her and pats her back, I take my file and turn the pages finding the one with Dana Jones,

"Something like this, we need to go check the place and body," I say standing up and finishing my coffee, Jimmy takes his file as well and follows me as I walk towards the woman, "I'm really sorry about your lost, how can I get to where she was found?" I ask her, "In Baker Street, you follow the path and there, there you will-" and she starts crying once again

I turn to look at Jimmy and I nod at him, "Thanks mam" I tell her as Jimmy and I exit the place and get on his car driving away, I take my phone out and put google maps to Baker street, and I start indicating Jimmy where to head.
