Fairy Tales aren't just for children, they are the gateway to learning about life.
Hi there, it's been a while since I've written anything and I've always wanted to tryout a Character x reader book! It's my first time writing this type of fan fictio...
Once upon a time, in a far off kingdom, there lived an adorable prince, named Jotaro Kujo. Jotaro was the mischievous type and often ran away from the castle walls to go out and see the ocean. Everytime he went out, he would stare where the sun meets the sea and imagine that it was his father, King Sadao who would come back soon from his expedition.
Papa is going to come back, he has to! He promised that he would take me on his next trip!
He would tell himself as he tossed bottles full of letters to his father, hoping one day he would get some kind of response.
Yet, of all days than today, he recognized a certain bottle floating in the ocean. A certain bottle that was his Mother's favorite perfume bottle. The very bottle that he threw not even three months ago into the ocean. Inside it, a letter!
No way! He did it! He finally wrote back to me! Papa wrote to me!
He ran and ran towards the bottle, plucking out the cork top, expecting the paper to be inside, only to see shiny shells that poured into my hand.
This isn't my father's letter. Did someone take my letter instead? Why would they take my letter from my dad?
Another bottle that he recognized, popped up near him. Popping the cap of the second bottle, there inside are different pieces of colorful coral.
From the corner of his eye, another bottle popped and he grabbed it, only to feel a certain pair of hands, but slimy.
"Hey! Come back! I just wanna talk!" Jotaro said as he poured each content back into the bottle to only slip into the deep sea.
Trying to swim up as much as he could, all he could remember was a shiny F/C creature that hugged him all the way back to the shore.
"Jotaro!" Polneraff yelled while helping the child breathe the fresh air. "I was so worried when you snuck out of the castle. Thank the stars that you're okay!"
"The...letters? What about my letters?" Jotaro croaked.
"Do you mean these little wonderful treasures you found? Thank goodness that I followed them, you were so smart to leave a path for me to follow! Such a smart prince," he said as he ruffled the prince's hair, "C'mon! Let's go collect your treasures, my prince. Your father will want to hear your adventures you had at the sea," Polneraff added as he picked him up, along with his treasures.
"Jotaro?" The creature said from afar.
Such a pretty name. Jotaro. I hope you like my letters to you, Jotaro.
Thinking with a smile, the creature dove back to their domain. Leaving only more treasures for Jotaro to find once he came out again. As their F/C tail falls back into the sea, piercing eyes stared at the creature and the human.
