Pairing: Robert x Reader

Warnings: lots of Swearing, Insults, possible mentions of a fight/bruises, Anxious and degrading thoughts, reader gets over-stimulated and has an anxiety attack

Genres: Hurt/Comfort from bullying and harassment, Mushy gushy fluff at the end 

Context: ____ and Robert get confronted by bullies who have been harassing reader for months, reader runs away during the scene and eventually gets comforted by Robert later on.

"Hey _____, check this out!!"

"Oh my god Rob, get down! You're gonna fall!" You yelled up at him.

The cheeky blonde boy stood high up on a railing, practically balancing on it as he continued to look down at you grinning from ear to ear, you shake your head in disbelief. He was going to seriously get hurt one of these days, and you could not believe this was all just to try and impress you.

You and Robert had been good friends for awhile now.

The tall bully intimidated you at first, with his small group of three they seemed to take over the neighborhood and scare any kids that seemed to get in their way. It was almost an unlikely miracle that you two had met on different circumstances without the other two by his side, you managed to become fast friends with him.

He was a total goofball, and an absolute sweetheart. You could not fathom how he even had the integrity to continue to push around others with his friends. But finding out his true soft side was the best blessing you could have found. And soon enough you found yourself almost part of the group due to it. You didn't know what you'd do without him.

"Don't worry so much ____ ill be finneee" he laughed, and you held your breath as he scrambled to get down, only exhaling when his feet finally touched the paved ground of the sidewalk.

"God, you're going to give me a heart attack one of these days y'know that?" You grumbled as he approached snickering, his dumb grin still on his dumb cute face.

"Daww, nice to know you care so much for me!" He beamed reaching over to ruffle your hair, you playfully swatted his hands away chuckling, trying to ignore how much your face was warming up from that comment.

Yep, you kinda had a thing for him. Well, secretly... a thing for him. And honestly, who could blame you? You just wish you'd had the guts to say it to his face.

"Course I do..." You mumbled quietly, immediately rushing to interrupt yourself before he heard any of it. "Alright I'm hungry! Let's uh, go get something to eat! I'm not waiting for you to get stuck on another railing."

You walked forward hoping he'd catch up to you, and sure enough he did, albeit with a confused look on his face from what you just muttered earlier. You could hear the tapping of his sneakers on the sidewalk as he ran, before a hand suddenly found itself on your shoulder.

"Ey, what did ya say?"

"Huh?"

"Earlier, you just mumbled something?'

"I said I was hungry."

"No not that! Before that!"

"Yourr'e gonna give me a heart attack?"

"No!!"

Now you were just messing with him at this point, the same grin he always has copypasted onto your face, as he barraged you to try and get what you said. A large snort erupted from your mouth as you can see him playfully glare at you from the corner of your eye. He brought his arm from your shoulder to around your neck and you found yourself in a headlock.
