GUYS OH MY F*CKING GOSH, I JUST VIDEO CHATTED WITH JAMES PHELPS FACE TO FACE FOR A WHOLE MINUTE (it doesnt sound like a lot but i love him and with how famous he is, im surprised that i was fortunate enough to make it into the queue of people waiting in line to chat with him)!!
HE PLAYED FRED WEASLEY (A WEASLEY TWIN) IN THE HARRY POTTER MOVIES AND ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME KNOWS HOW MUCH I LOVE THE TWINS, AND HP IN GENERAL. It was $40 (i know that seems like a lot for just one minute but i wouldve gladly paid $100 if it meant just having 1 minute of his time, plus he had hundreds of people to get to). Somehow out of nearly 500 people, i managed to get 19th in line. 19th!!! every time the number would start dropping signalling that it was getting closer to my turn, my heart started racing lmao. got super lucky to get that place outta almost 500.
You get to ask any question you want and he'll answer it honestly, and I asked him what his favorite scene to film was (he said it was when he and oliver, who played the other twin in the movie aka george weasley, tried to put their names in the goblet of fire and were thrown out LOL i love that scene too. he was even kind enough to ask what my favorite scene was! i told him it was when he and george threw fireworks everywhere and disrupted all the students trying to take their O.W.L. exams)!
At the last 15 seconds of the call, it snapped a photo of us which i didnt see coming and therefore my face was weird so i deleted it, but at least i got it all on video! ill be more prepared next time and try to get a proper photo hehe. That made my entire week so much better after the depressing feelings these last two weeks, so THANK YOU JAMES! Bonnie Wright (who played his sister Ginny Weasley) is taking calls on Thursday so I hope I make it to hers!! I wanna get one with Oliver too at some point whenever he decides to do more, they spread them out a bit and he just did some last week so I'll have to wait til probably next month. MY WALLET ISNT HAPPY WITH ME BUT I DONT EVEN CARE, DAY MADE.
