"What do you want?" I questioned him, wanting to desperately escape. He reached into the bag under his desk, and took out 2 familiar bento boxes somehow with his arms, and placed them on the desk.

I stared for a moment. This guy had the gall to do this, after pushing me away.

"Make up your fucking mind." I pushed the boxes off the desk, and left Aizawa standing there in the dust.

'Fuck... I'm so confused...'

'You deserve this.' My thoughts intruded. I decided to look for solace on the roof of the school.

Walking up the stairwell to the roof, I opened up the doors and took in the sunlight.

'Beautiful.'

I sat down near the ledge and pulled out a cigarette. What a nutritious lunch. Taking a long drag, I looked out at the city and sighed, trying to think of how to get my stuff.

'If I go now and swing there, I'll make it back in time for lunch end.'

I stood upon the ledge, and stared down at the ground. I was very fucking high up. I stepped back down, put out my cig, and walked back to the door. Sprinting, I leapt off the roof, flying for a brief moment, before grappling onto some scaffolding. I swung all the way back to my dreaded parent's house, hoping they weren't in.

Testing to see if it was locked, I opened up the window and climbed in. My room... was just how I left it. The gaping hole that I created still sat in the wall, bits of plaster flaking on the edges. I took a little look inside, reminiscing on the shitty memories this place held.

I had no time for nostalgia.

I started to empty my drawers and take the important things, a few clothes, toothpaste, toothbrush, phone charger etc. There was one more place. I reached my arm into the hole in the wall, until I felt a box. Pulling it out, I opened the brown wooden box with a 'click.' Inside lay £192.36. My entire savings; more like a rainy-day fund in case things went south with my parents. Which they did. I pocketed the money, and took one last look around my room.

"Thank you." I whispered to no one in particular, and climbed back out.

That room was my safe space; and it was now gone. I thanked it for keeping me.

My head lay flat upon the table, in a state of misery and depression. Similar to how most of middle school went. Present Mic droned on in the background about emotion words in English. I had no emotion.

"L/N!" I remained still.

"L/N!!!" I shot up, shocked by the screech I'd just heard. I forgot he was the voice hero.

"What?" I asked him tiredly.

"Come up to the board and write an emotion in English, please." I got up and slowly walked to the board, taking the pen out of his hand. I wrote the first word that came to mind. I scrawled the letters on the board, and turned to the class.

'EMPTY'

Mic looked at it in confusion.

"I'm not sure that's a-"

"Can anyone tell me what this says?" I asked the students in Japanese.

A resounding 'empty' from everyone resounded in the room.

I rubbed out a letter.

'MPTY'

"Now, what does this say?" The aggression in my tone increased.

After a moment of silence, about half the kids said 'empty'

I rub out another, and gesture to it.

'MTY'
