Friendly Chat {Chapter 11}

Fuck. I hate it when they call me ''Pic' it gets me all red in the face. I sighed grabbing Y/N's hand.

"If you wanted to hold my hand you could've just asked," Y/N smirked at the boy. The both of them walked together hand and hand.

"Hey...Um- Y/N..." Pico murmured under his breath, his voice aching to say his words out loud. Y/N faced Pico catching their attention, "yeah?" Y/N said looking at the flustered boy "do you wanna come over to my place if you like to of course-" Pico said rubbing the back of his neck out of embarrassment not gazing them in the eye.

"Sure! I just got text my parents- wait overnight? Or just a couple of hours." I asked Pico still looking guilty about something. What would he be guilty about?

"Really? Yeah! mean- yeah sure you can stay overnight don't worry, I have some extra clothes you can wear. "Sounds great! Pic, I got get some things at my house I will be back soon- just wait at the front door of my house."
I added opening the door to find my parents not home. I quickly pulled out my phone almost dropping it. I texted my parents, about me staying over at Pico's house overnight, and I ran upstairs to my room and took my toothbrush and a few other things I thought I might need. I ran downstairs almost tripping down the big steps and opening the front door to see Pico standing there with his hands tucked inside his pockets. Smiling at me "come on! Let's go." Pico smirked I took my bag and pulled it up to my shoulder.

We finally came across Pico's house. Pico opened the door for me with smiles on our faces and closed it behind locking the door. "MOM IM HOME." Pico yelled "jeez- do you have to be that loud Pic." I turned around putting my hands in my pockets leaning towards him. "Her hearing sucks ass," Pico added casualty putting his backpack down.

I placed my backpack down beside Pico's and took off my shoes with Pico doing the same as we headed upstairs in his room. "Come on I have a lot of games on my PS4 and Switch we can play together." I smiled closing his bedroom door I cannot believe I'm in Pico's room. It's so cool... wish my room was this cool.

Pico went to the side of the room and turned on his LEDS that were around lighting up his room with a dark green colour. "Oh wow." I gasped causing Pico to snicker a little at my reaction, Pico threw a PS4 controller.

Making me almost dropping it on his carpet. "Come on. I know you will like this one." Pico smirked at his words, picking up a game and inserting it inside the console.

Pico sat down at his small couch patting a spot on the empty side for me. "Let's have some fun. You know relax" Pico said facing Y/N with a smile waving them over.

Pico and I played video games on his PS4 for a couple of hours. We soon grew bored, Pico got up from the couch and went to his computer to play some flash games on this website called 'New grounds' Pico called me over and we played on there for a bit. Until I noticed the time, 1:20 AM. "Did we seriously play games for 5 hours?" I asked confused to my voice causing me to yawn making Pico do the same. "Yeah... we should sleep soon. You have to be somewhere tomorrow.

Shit I forgot, it's my fault I should have been on the track of time." Pico sighed rubbing his face with his hands. "You can sleep in my bed and I will sleep on the couch," Pico said rubbing his arm nervously not making eye contact. "Oh no! Pico I can't let you do that. Why not we just- share the bed? It's big enough for the two of us right?" Y/N suggested looking to face towards Pico, who was digging his foot on the carpet floor. He sighed not making eye contact with Y/N but finally spoke with a nervous tone to his voice "Sure, sure we can share." Pico said with a smile on his lips.

"Great! I'm going in the bathroom-" Y/N got cut off my Pico reaching out to Y/N hand making them stop in their tracks. "Before you go. Here let me hand you this, something more comfortable to sleep in than your school outfit." Pico walked up to his dresser and opened it. Pico began peaking in his dresser for a while but soon stopped when his face lit up with a smirk.

"Here catch!" Pico tossed a light and dark greenish sweater. Making me catch it in my hands "it's a bit... big much? Isn't." Y/N let out a dry chuckle eyeing Pico who was leaning against his tall dresser on the corner of the room. "Just wear Y/N it's comfortable." Y/N let out a sigh exiting Pico's room and opened the bathroom door locking it.

Y/N took off their school uniform carefully folding it together on the sink table. Y/N grabbed Pico's sweater and slipping it on. Soon enough the smell of Pico's green sweater hit me. The smell of cigarette scent coming off the sweater and a few spots of bloodstains? I quickly brushed it off and continued to put on some more comfortable pants from my backpack. I took my toothbrush out and started brushing my teeth for a solid minute.

Y/N exited the bathroom seeing Pico already dressed in a simple tank top and some comfortable fuzzy pants. "You can use the bathroom now Pic," Y/N said grabbing the attention of Pico. Pico nodded and smiled walking past Y/N and opened the bathroom door closing it.

Y/N checked their phone and saw a text from Keith and Senpai from the group chat a few hours ago.

Group chat: EN project

Keith: Senpai remember to bring your laptop. For the project ):(

Senpai: Of course, little worm. I won't forget. Did you tell Y/N the time we are meeting at your place?

Keith: Yep I did :D!!I got some things planned when you guys show up I'm excited! Ps, you better behave Senpai.

Senpai: Seriously? You take me for a child. Of course, I will plus I'm older than you shorty.

I was reading the texts between Keith and Senpai I couldn't help but chuckle a little. I went to my contacts to find out what time I have to be at Keith's house.

Hey! Y/N I got a time my Mom agreed on. So yay! Sorry if I texted a little late I had some homework from my other classes today. But enough about me, I know you didn't want to work with Senpai. I included, anyway come over at my place at 10:30 AM I thought it would be best if we worked on it earlier in the day. See yeah tomorrow Y/N! <3
I read the text and a smile started to creep on my face. I sighed happily texting Keith back.

1:40 AM
Hey Keith! Sorry for the late reply I was busy but yeah I'm coming over tomorrow I can't wait!

I smiled to myself sending the text and placing my phone down on Pico's nightstand. Pico finally came out of the bathroom, Pico lazily walked over to me sitting on the right side of the bed as I slowly moved over letting him lay down next to me. Pico deeply sighed letting lots of air exist his mouth.

Pico was laying down with his hands on his stomach. I watched as Pico eyed the ceiling with his LEDS still on but enough to add some light to the room. It felt comforting, no stress, just peace with Pico.

Pico ended the silence slowly turning his head to the right side as Pico stood still with his hands together in the same spot, as he made eye contact with Y/N who was sitting upright on the top leaning back against the wall.

"You know. We should do this more often. I usually don't say this but- I like hanging out with you Y/N."

Y/N chuckled lightly "yeah- I enjoy your company too Pico." Y/N yawned waving their hand slightly at their mouth "you stay here I will turn off the lights." Soon enough the room was completely dark nothing but small light coming from the window

Pico pulled up his blankets just above our necks "goodnight Pico." I said turning my head over to my side on the left. "Heh... goodnight Y/N." Pico giggled coming closer to Y/N's side and wrapping his arms around their lower body.
