Chapter 6: The Confession

"Maybe?"

"Oh my gosh! Of course I'll help you!"

Killer's POV:

I was playing with my pet bunnies, Soul and Target. I'm still surprised Nightmare let me keep them. Bunnies are my favorite animal. They are so fluffy and adorable.

I usually keep them in my room because I don't want the other Bad Sanses killing them.

...Or eating them in Horror's case.

I love them so much though! I used to get lonely whenever the others were out on their missions. Now, I have Target and Soul to keep me company.

I placed my bunnies back in their bed. I didn't have a cage for them because I wanted them to be more free spirited.

Walking out of my room, I went to go find the others. I walked around the castle for a little bit finding nobody. I guess they aren't finished with their missions yet. I thought to myself. I walked back to my room and laid down on my bed. Target and Soul jumped up on the bed and laid on my ribcage. I closed my eyes(?) and felt myself drifting into the world of dreams and nightmares.

Nightmare's POV:

Dream excitedly agreed to help me with the confession. I had no idea how the whole thing worked, so Dream helped me out.

"Okay, first things first. You need to decide how you are going to confess," Dream started.

"Can't I just go up to him and say I like him?" I questioned.

Dream looked at me like I told him I wanted to join the Star Sanses.

"Of course not, brother! It has to be special; to show you care about him!"

"So how do I do that?"

Dream sighed before continuing, "Is there any place special to him or both of you? That would be a good start."

I thought a moment before replying, "Yes, there was small grass clearing with a sakura tree in the middle."

"Perfect! That is where you can confess to him! Also, if you don't mind me asking why is that place so special?" Dream said.

"It is the place where Killer got his bunnies."

"Wait... Killer has bunnies!?" Dream said shocked.

"Yeah, he loves them. Anyways, I let him have them as pets. So, I guess, in a way it's special," I explained.

"Awe! So cute!" Dream exclaimed.

"You think everything is cute," I said chuckling.

Dream shrugged his shoulders and said, "You should leave him a note saying to meet him there at a certain time."

"Should I sign it?" I asked.

"That's up to you!" Dream said.

"When am I going to do it?"

"Right now!"

"Wait- What!? I don't have anything prepared though!" I told him.

"Leave that up to me!" Dream said excitedly.

I sighed, "Don't mess this up."

"Don't worry about it! It will be fine!"

"Whatever... and thanks, I guess," I mumbled.

"No problem!" Dream said.

Oh boy, this will be fun.

I teleported back to my castle. I wrote a note in my office and started walking around. Should I give Dream some time to set it up? What if I get there and Dream isn't ready? I wasn't even noticing where I was walking until I ended up in front of Killer's bedroom door. Well, I guess I should get this over with. I knocked on Killer's door and there was no response. I slowly opened the door and saw Killer sleeping with his bunnies. I smiled, an actual happy smile, at him. He was so adorable. I set the note on the table next to his bed. I quietly walked out of his room. I went back to the sakura tree and saw everything set up. Wow, Dream works fast. I thought. Now I have to wait for Killer to get here... if he even comes. I decided to leave the note ominous so he wouldn't know who left it.
