The Line Between (Ahsoka x reader)

Just as you were about to clash with the Sith, a large gust of wind knocked you all off of your feet. You looked up to see Anakin, his arm outstretched and eyes closed in a deadly concentration.

"Maul!" He boomed, his eyes fixing on the red and black enemy. "You have corrupted my master, and for that you will die."

Obi-wan sneered, raising his saber. "Your pathetic master was dead long before maul came and saved the husk. He opened my eyes, Anakin."

You picked yourself up from the floor and glared at Maul, who was grinning like a madman. (Come on guys, let's be honest here. He probably is one)

"Yes, my apprentice is a fine soldier, disciplined, obedient and utterly ruthless." He laughed.

"Yes, I have become more powerful than the Jedi could ever let me." Obi-wan shot a huge pillar of force lightning into the air to prove his point.

"My three year old kid just kicked you in the balls." You folded your arms and looked at Obi-wan with a slight smirk.

His eyes darkened to an orange shade and he ran at you. You brought your blades up in defence and they locked, sending sparks around the street and illuminating the dark setting.

"You are not a Sith, my master! You are a Jedi!" Anakin executed a perfect flip over you and Kenobi, bringing the blue blade of his saber down on Maul who had snuck up behind you.

Now with all four of you stuck, the sound of rifles being activated was clear. The clones rushed out of the cafe, minus Fives and Echo, and pointed their guns at Maul.

"Give the order, general!" Rex shouted, looking at Anakin as he did.

Ahsoka stepped out of the door with her lightsabers activated and pointed at the two Sith. "Let's just be calm here."

Maul started to chuckle, then let out a loud laugh. Needless to say, it left your whole group confused.

"Care to explain, apprentice?" He said, to which Obi-wan nodded.

"This was a republic occupied planet, and now that order 66 has been activated the clones work for the empire who happen to be hunting Jedi."

Rex shook his head. "Well, Mr. Sith Lord, there is the matter that Ahsoka, Anakin and (y/n) are no longer knights of the Republic, so how could they be hunted for something that they aren't?"

Maul stood for a second, thinking it over before using the force to push Rex right through the front window of your bar.

He crashed right into the table where Fives and Echo were playing their board game.

"Oh no." Fives muttered, looking at Echo with a lot of worry. Echo sat very still, staring at where the game just was until he looked at the window.

"I was about to win. And it's destroyed." He stood up and picked up a stray blaster, then jumped out of the window.

"I WILL HAVE REVENGE!" He screamed, setting the gun into full auto mode and firing at Maul so fast that he actually struggled to deflect the bolts coming towards him.

The clones took this as an incentive to attack, and all began firing on maul with live ammo and kenobi with stun shots.

From his ship, Dominus Iminicus (Mace Windu) watched what was going on from a large screen on the bridge. He reached over onto a desk and flipped a switch that activated a microphone, then spoke clearly.

"Activate order 67."

Two minutes later, a clone trooper came in holding a dominos pizza. "I have an order 67 for the dark Lord?"

(I'm sorry but I have to put in some funny bits to make up for the sad later)

Back at the fighting ground, the clones weren't doing that well. Four of them had been thrown into the restaurant and all the others apart from echo were recovering from force lighting strikes.

You were fighting maul directly as Ahsoka and Anakin fought Kenobi.

"Apprentice, manoeuvre F-667 Kappa!" Maul shouted. Obi-wan flipped over Ani and Ahsoka, force lightning the air over their heads before running into the city and towards the refinery district.

As you watched what Obi-wan was doing, maul literally walked after him.

The Jedi in your group ran after them both, Echo lagging slightly behind as he was still firing at random things.

You soon saw them, their yellow eyes aflame as the fuel canister they were stood on reached as high as the tallest skyscraper.

"It's over, Jedi scum! We have the high ground!" Kenobi shouted.

"Well we have the low ground!" You shouted back, then all three of you force jumped up to the top.

(Sad music now)

The sparks from your clashing sabers flew into the dark sky, a dance of beauty and danger.

Obi-wan shouted in rage and threw his saber at you, but you ducked making it fly right over your head and hit Anakin's leg.

Anakin screamed in pain and fell to the floor, clutching his leg. You swivelled back to Kenobi, who was frozen in place.

In the background, Maul and Ahsoka were clashing until he pushed one of her blades down and cut across the top of the fuel canister.

A hissing sound pierced the relative silence.

"It's going to blow! Get out of there!" Echo yelled, ducking into a building.

You ran over to help Anakin up and Ahsoka followed close behind, but you stopped when you saw kenobi look at you.

His eyes were no longer yellow.

He turned to Maul and threw his red saber far into the distance. Maul charged, but he used the force to push him back.

The gas ignited from the heat of Maul's blade, and Anakin looked up in time to see Obi-wan with a tear running down his cheek.

"I am sorry, brother." He said with a sad smile, then turned and used the force to push all three of you to the top of a nearby building as the explosion blew up all of the rest of the canisters.

"MASTER!" Anakin screamed, trying to stand but failing and falling back down, then broke down into tears.

You walked over Ahsoka and took her into a warm embrace, then sat down next to Anakin and let him cry into your shoulder.

(Ok end of sad music)

One week later

Anakin stood on his new robotic leg, stumbling slightly and leaning on you.

"Are you ready to go?" You asked quietly, seeing the tears in his eyes. He nodded and you both began the walk to the outskirts of the city.

You could already see the clones and Ahsoka there, with your children and the clone's families. Most of them were in tears.

You helped Anakin get into place, then went and took your place next to Ahsoka as he began to speak about his former master.

I needed the sad. Sorry for stealing the rebels scene, but it's just so fucking beautiful
