My Roommate is a Girl

The past few months went pretty fast and I have to say living with Maya has its good days..I guess in a way you can say that we've started a routine in the dorm. Since I started classes I've met some new friends in my class and they've met Maya a few days ago too.

Kaoru I've made snacks for your friends. Maya said cleaning a few dishes.

Thanks but you didn't have to go though all that trouble. I said walking out my room.

It's no trouble at all, I mean you and your friends are helping me out in a way. Maya said with a smile.

There was a knock on the door then we heard multiple voices as well.

That must be them now. Maya said.

I opened the door and my friends Eric, Lunar and Melody were standing there with a lot of things in there hands.

Hey guys come on in. I said.

I hope your ready to start this project kaoru. Lunar said walking inside. Since I'm team captain we're not going to waste no time getting this right.

Yeah yeah yeah you've been flapping your lips since we got the project. Eric said

Eric be nice please. Melody said

Hey everyone. Maya said with a smile.

Maya! It's great to see you again! Eric said running next to Maya and kissing her hand. It's been to long my fair princess.

Um...Maya said

Eric I thought I told you to stop trying to flirt with Maya I said punching him across the head.

I'm a dude what am I supposed? It's not my fault that your roommate is a total cutie. Eric said winking at Maya and blowing her a kiss.

I kicked Eric out of the kitchen.

Dude why you gotta be so harsh? Eric said

Because you have a terrible reputation towards girls. Lunar and melody said in unison.

W-what!? That's not true! I treat all the beautiful girls with respect and love. Eric said with a handsome grin.

Yeah yeah yeah..lunar and melody said setting up the stuff for there assignment.

You guys have no faith in me that's hurtful. Eric said holding his chest.

Maya giggled. Don't be so hard on him you guys he'll find someone one day.

Maya...your so kind and sweet! Eric said hugging Maya. Would you date me?

Not at all..Maya said with a smile.

That's cold Maya...that's really cold. Eric said sitting in the corner.

Everyone else burst out laughing.

Later that day after my friends and I finished our assignment Eric and the girls didn't want to leave yet so we all went to the store and brought some groceries so we could make a big vegetable stew and hang out and watch movies. After we finished eating we was debating on what movie to watch.

How about we watch a romantic comedy? Lunar said holding up the DVD.

I don't think we need to watch that movie...it would give someone here some ideas. Melody said looking at Eric.

I don't know what you are talking about. Eric said looking at the different movie covers. But speaking of romance I'll be happy to take one of you lucky ladies out on a date one day.

No..the girls said in unison.

Dude give up already...it's embarrassing. I said sitting in the couch.

I will never give up! Eric said in confidence. I know there's a beautiful lady out there waiting for me!

And when she meets you she's gonna dump you like a hot potato. Melody said.

Melody your so mean...Eric said in a disappointing voice.

Let's watch this one you guys. Maya said putting in the DVD in the DVD player.

We all agreed and we watched the movie it turned out to be a action movie.
