Marked by Fate (Completed ??)

Avery and I both giggled and took off the other way, splitting up as she went inside and I went around the back.

I managed to get away from them and was perched safely in a tree when Avery's mind linked me.

(I have a situation up here Izz, Zayn is in the room I'm in. Can you come up and distract him?) she asked hopefully while showing me her surroundings through the mind link.

She was hiding under the bed in their room and scurried to the back as his feet crossed the threshold into the room.

I chuckled lightly through the link. (I've got you Ave, just give me a minute) I responded determinedly as I looked around for Luke and Tyler.

Luke was directly behind me with his back to me and Tyler was a few yards in front of me to the right.

I silently dropped down from my tree and crouched down to avoid being seen by Tyler. Darting from tree to tree as quickly and quietly as possible, I made my way to the house, keeping my eyes on Tyler.

Just as he passed me I ran from behind my tree towards the backdoor. I had almost made it through when I heard luke growl deeply making me glance back.

As I did I saw both him and Tyler with their eyes on me bolting towards the house. I squealed and took off again through the house and up a flight of stairs down the west wing to the bedrooms.

As I turned the corner into the wing I heard pounding footsteps on the stairs making me run faster.

I darted down the hallway swinging a right a the end. I could see Zane about to pull the bed up the Avery was under and panicked.

I ducked into the first room I saw and loudly whispered "come on Avery, move it" while making noise with the window to make it seem like we opened it and went out.

I quickly hid in a closet just as all three of the boys pounded into the bedroom. (Now Ave!) I yelled through the mind link hoping she was able to make it out without being seen.

After a few moments of silence, I breathed out a sigh of relief. She would've made noise or let me know if she'd been caught by now.

I rested my head gently against the door to the closet catching my breath when it swiftly swung open making me almost tumble to the floor.

I yelped and was about just to fall when I felt an arm wrap around my waist, sending sparks over my body as they crushed me to their chest to steady me.

"Whoah their princess, no need to literally fall for me" Tyler snickered as he wrapped his other arm around me, trapping me against him.

I tried to wiggle out of his grasp and pull his arms off of me to no avail, as we came face to face with Luke who was leaning against the doorway with a smug smile on his face and his arms crossed in front of him.

I took a moment to look around the room for an escape and realized we were in our bedroom and neither Zane nor Avery were anywhere to be seen. I knew there was no way out of here but the windows or door so I sighed in defeat and stopped struggling against Tyler.

Luke had his eyes narrowed as he tsked, shaking his head as he stepped inside closing the door and locking it. "You're not getting out this one, love," he said amusingly with a small smile before his face formed into a scowl. He looked at Tyler and nodded his head towards the bed.

Tyler nodded and picked me up, carrying me over it before he plopped me down. I laughed lightly and sat up as Tyler came around to stand beside Luke in front of me.

"Look I know what you're going to say. No, we probably shouldn't have done it without warning you guys of what could happen, and yeah we put ourselves in some danger to do it, but we were prepared."
