Marvel Vs. Capcom: Struggle of Two Worlds

Chapter 1: A Poison Released

It was quiet as could be on a cold night, in the streets of New York City. The wind blowing, J. Jonah Jamison blabbering on the T.V, and people were carrying on in the night as usual. Then, as people traveled and crossed the street and as the taxis rolled slowly from the immense crowd, a familiar black ooze spews from the city STORM lid and begins to materialize into a familiarly hair-raising black and white figure.

It violently roared and raged out of control and leaped into the air and grabbed two innocent bystanders with its extending tentacles, ready to eat them with its devilish tongue extended with a cold smile. Suddenly, its tongue was met with a heavy overhead kick, releasing the civilians from the grip of the monster, and a familiar hero safely emitting a web for both of them, all the while grabbing the VENOMOUS creature and throwing him as far away from people as he could. He then swung after him as hundreds of people screamed, "Spider-Man!"

Both of them landing closes by a lengthy bridge, the two take familiar stances as rivals, as long-time enemies.

Spider-Man: Wow Eddie, pretty early for you to show up out of nowhere for your scheduled terrorization. A shame people have to constantly deal with your ugly...everything. Imagine having to live with you in the sewers too... I guess you are a gluten for punishment tonight, huh!

Venom: Hehehahaha! Oh, Parker, I'm not here to scare anyone. I'm here to submit my victory statement. You know, at the Daily Bugle, there are lots of personal files stored up for its employees. Their address, their parents...etcetera.

Spider-Man: What are you talking about. What have you done?!

Venom: See for yourself, Parker.

At that, Venom threw a small shining object at Spider-Man, who naturally catches it. He examines it closely and realizes it's a hauntingly familiar wedding ring.

"This is...Aunt May...Aunt May...AUNT MAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! I'LL MAKE YOU PAY!

Venom: Don't jump the gun just yet Parker, hehehehe, she still breathes and is alive and well. All you have to do is-

A ship literally drops inches in front of the bridge from a blooming blue dimensional portal as this disgusting revelation took place. Swarms of pirates climbed from the bottom of the left dock from the old ship and ran to surround the two. "Vous deux, le capitaine demande une audience avec vous!" The very apparent leader of the group steps forwards.

Ruby Heart: Tais-toi, Lafayette! They can't understand you. The name is Ruby Heart. And I need both of you.

Spider-Man: Sorry lady, I'm not in the mood for an interruption, so if you don't mind, please go back to sailing the seven seas.

Ruby Heart: Sorry, you don't have that much of a choice. The world you and I stand in depends on it. I don't need a yes or no from you, so you will be coming with me.

Just then, two pirates approach both of them with needles filled with a dose similar to a horse tranquilizer. Both Venom and Spider-Man sensed the attempted intrusion and web them both in sync. However, their spider-sense failed them as Ruby Heart made the most devastating strike on both of their backs precisely with her heavy anchor.

The two wake up in a trance, unmasked and all, completely exposed, and inside an office setting, tied up in an office and restrained completely, with chairs chained to the floor and them being tied to the chair.

Spider-Man: Uuugh...did the Empire State building fall on my back? Where are we...

Venom: RRGH! NYNGGH! AGGH!!! I'LL TEAR YOU LIMB FROM LIMB FOR THIS!
