Y/n's POV

We all went into the meeting room and listened to her explain. "Thanos spent a long time trying to perfect me. And when he worked, he talked about his great plan. Even disassembled I wanted to please him. I'd ask... Where would we go once his plan was complete? And his answer was always the same." The robot woman explained. She sighed as she moved to lean on the table. I could see how hard it was for her to be telling us that. "To the Garden." She said almost with a dramatic tone.

"That's cute." I smirked.

"Thanos had a retirement plan." Rhodey said plainly.

"So where is he?" Steve cut straight to the point. Bruce came and stood in the door way to listen. Rocket opened the hologram to show a planet.

"When Thanos snapped his fingers. Earth became ground Zero for a power surge of ridiculously cosmic proportions. No one's ever seen anything like it. Until two days ago." Rocket explained. The hologram went through different galaxy looking things until it reached another planet. "On this planet."

"Thanos is there." Nebula said softly. Me and Nat moved closer to look at the planet. We exchanged thoughtful looks before going back to study the sphere. "He used the stones again." She said.

"Hey, hey, hey." Bruce chuckled. "We'd be going in shorthanded you know?" Bruce had worry to his tone.

"Look, he's still got the stones, so-"

"So, let's get 'em." Carol interrupted. "Use them to bring everyone back." I nodded at her determined words, agreeing with her confident attitude.

"Just like that?" Bruce questioned.

"Yeah. Just like that." Steve said plainly, staring at the planet.

"Even if there's a small chance that we can undo this... I mean, we owe it to everyone who's not in this room to try!" Nat looked around at us all and I smiled. That was the confident, loyal woman I fell in love with.

"If we do this, how do we know it's gonna end any differently than it did before?" Bruce tried to argue.

"Because before you didn't have me." Carol said, hand on hips.

"Hey, new girl? Everybody in this room is about that superhero life. And if you don't mind me asking, where the hell have you been all this time?" Rhodey looked at our new team mate.

"There are a lot of planets in the universe. And unfortunately they didn't have you guys." She shot him down calmly and I couldn't help but laugh slightly. I looked at Rhodey with a tilted head, my arms crossed. He rolled his eyes at us and accepted defeat. Even Steve raised his eyebrows at her words.

Thor finally rose from his chair and walked over to Carol. She turned to look up at him. He stood in front of her with a blank expression and his hand outstretched. His axe flew into his hand, narrowly missing me. Carol's hair moved in the wind created by the axe as it flew by her head. Thor sighed, still without changing his expression. "I like this one." Thor nodded. Steve was starring determinedly at the planet.

"Let's go get his son of a bitch." He said in his low tone. My eyes widened and Nat smiled. We all went off without a word to suit up and get whatever we would need. I sprinted down into the suit room and pulled on my suit and leather jacket. There was still a rip in the arm and scratches in the leather from the fight but it still did the job. Nat pulled on her suit as I watched. "Quit staring, we have a job to do Darling." She smirked. I rolled my eyes and used my powers to fly up the stairs as I passed Steve rushing down them. I ran to the kitchen to get some snacks. They were quite bland as it was still the food from Rhodey and Bruce. Mostly granola bars and fruit, not the usual cake and sweets that Nat and I had kept in the cupboards when we were there alone.
