So We're Monsters, So What?

Forced to abandon his base to avoid clashing with the monkeys, the dragon Y/N and spider roam around randomly for a new safe hideout and possibly find the entrance to the upper sections of the Labyrinth. Carrying a bunch of edible meat on his back, Y/N prepares for a long trip. Seeing the large quantities of meat on his back, the spider figures one piece wouldn't hurt. Reaching for it, her leg get's violently slaped away and she holds it close. Looking up she sees Y/N staring at her like a parent finding a mischievous kid.

Y/N: First you make me a target by association with those stupid monkeys, then you threw poison in my eye, and now your being a huge glutton! I already gave you enough earlier. How can you still eat more even after you ate more than your own body mass?!

???: Chi!

Y/N: And that's another thing! "Chi chi" this, "Chi chi" that! Can't you just be quiet for five minutes?!

Frowning like he got an headache, Y/N starts rubbing the space between his eyes and nose. Turning around and slowly walking away, the mostly collective spider starts to shake with anger.

???:Chiiiiiii-

Putting two legs in the air a poison ball with far more potency is made. Throwing it at his eye, he spots it from the corner of his vision and is quick to react. Splashing on his wing, the poison is blocked and Y/N peeks his head over in triumph. 

Y/N: HA!!! >:D

???: Chichi.

Pointing up with a smug face, or at least the close as a spider can get, Y/N notices shadows on the ground next to his. Hesitating to look up, his head slowly turns and sees clusters of poison balls above him. Looking at the spider who is holding one leg up, she is prepared to drop it at any moment.

Y/N: You wouldn't dare...

???: Chi.......CHI~♪ 

Putting a leg to her lips and thinking for a moment, a smile appears on her face and she claps her legs together. Not looking up he sees the shadows on the floor quickly grow and overtake his. Turning to the spider he opens his mouth but before he can say anything the weak poison balls hit him like a machine gun. Not being anywhere enough to kill him or do permanent damage, it's still painful when they leak into his eyes. Putting the meat down he tries putting both arms over his head to block but with little effect. Seeing the dragon struggle and get what he deserves, the spider's whole body starts waving side to side chittering happily.

Y/N: You little-!

About to run at her with his eyes getting blurry, Y/N feels an vibration in the ground and stops cold instantly. Instincts going off like fireworks, he only felt this way one other time. When he encountered the ruler of the lower-sanctum after his confrontation with the bees. Feeling it again and closer than before all the feelings he had disappeared and he turns to the spider in panic.

Y/N: You Need To Ru- Gah!!

Not being able to understand him and just sounding like a growl to her, the spider continues to bombard him with weak poison, completely oblivious of the situation.

Y/N: Dammit! I'm Trying To Help You!!- Gah!

Feeling the vibration get worse and going no where with the spider, Y/N takes initiative. Running past the rain of poison Y/N forcibly grabs the spider and picks her up. Getting grabbed by him and after the rain, she thinks he's going to do something violent and she rampages around to escape.

???: Chi! Chi! Chi!

Y/N: Stop it! I'm serious this time!

Binding the spider with his tail to seal her movements, Y/N then puts her on his back and covers up with his wings. Not being able to be seen from the outside, the spider is sealed up. Now with the main thing that could cause trouble taken care of, Y/N starts looking around for the source all the while he feels the spider trying to break free. Not seeing anything in sight, the atmosphere starts to get denser and denser. Going around the corner with a big stomp, the atmosphere goes away and is replaced by a thick oppression. Sensing it to, the spider hiding away on his back goes stiff also. Feeling a lot less pressure than before with him getting stronger, he can still tell if he went a one on one fight with whatever stood behind him he would lose. Gulping down, Y/N turns around expecting to see Araba again but is stunned at what he sees. Physically bigger than Araba, this dragon stood highly above Y/N with sharp spikes lining his entire body. It's scales and physique obviously intended to take a beating. Still not being individually stronger than Araba, the oppressing aura of this dragon was not one to take lightly.
