When you look in the mirror today I want you to observe the sparkle in your eye
Smile and watch your dimples form, see yourself the way others do, at least you can try
Try to see how your hair shimmers in the light, how your nose crinkles when you smile
Try to see how beautiful you really are and forget about your faults for a while
For today act as if the girl in the reflection isn't the girl you loathe but the girl who lets you do all the things you love
Don't hurt her for what she can't control, don't make her feel ashamed, please rise above
