"Who said I was playing? Just be patient and I'll bring them to you soon"

Yeonjun chuckled ironically when Jungkook growled on the phone before declining the call. His reactions were quite entertaining to the young alpha and he couldn't help, but feel amused when he was imagining Namjoon's pack looking for them like hopeless hounds. Hopefully, Yeonjun seemed in a better mood now.

After he enjoyed Jungkook's reaction enough, his cheerful gaze drifted back to Soobin, "Okay, what did you want to tell me?"

He noticed hesitancy in the younger's behaviour which only made him even more curious, "It's nothing. Just forget it", Soobin finally said and stood up to leave, but was stopped when Yeonjun grabbed his wrist and got on his feet as well.

"C'mon, just tell me", he whined like a kid as he was enjoying the situation quite much.

"I said it's nothing", Soobin mumbled timidly and attempted to release his hand, but Yeonjun didn't let him go.

Watching his adorable reactions, Yeonjun cheered up even more and a will to tease the boy further started shimmering in him, "I heard that you wanted to say something to me", he said with an evil grin and took two more steps towards the boy, causing their bodies and faces to get even closer.

Yeonjun laughed mentally when he saw the younger's flustered face and how a flame of crimson crept into his cheeks. Being the little monster he was, he took the last step towards him and the gap between them was now nonexistent, causing the younger to look down and blush crazily. Yeonjun could feel how his own cheeks were flushing too, but he still managed to maintain the image of a confident alpha. A series of mad chills ran down both males' spines when they felt each other's hot breaths fanning over their faces, causing their hearts to skip a beat, "C'mon, just tell me", Yeonjun wasn't giving up while Soobin kept avoiding eye contact and trying to release his hand, but vainly since the alpha was definitely much stronger than him, "Why are you flustered, bunny?", Yeonjun teased and as soon as Soobin turned away his head, the older followed him with his face with an amused grin on his face, "C'mon, bunny, why aren't you looking at me?"

Soobin shut his eyes for several seconds and heaved a deep breath. He knew he had already had enough from the older, so he decided to play along and take an action. As soon as he opened his eyes he looked deeply into the older's blue orbs and before Yeonjun was able to react, he was already strongly pressed against the wall with his back, the younger's arm on his chest keeping him in his place. Seeing the older's shocked and flustered face, Soobin pulled a sly smirk as he was already the one in the position of a winner now.

"Why are you looking at me like that? Am I making you flustered, huh?", he repeated Yeonjun's words he was told on his first day in that house, "Hyung", he whispered seductively and realised that the final victory was his when he felt how the older's body quivered under his touch, "Hyung", he teased again and looked into the older's orbs with an examining, but also enchanting gaze. He saw how the older's stare turned into the annoyed one and then he was the one being pressed against the wall, but he didn't even think twice as he changed their positions again and strongly pinned Yeonjun's hands on the wall.

Soobin was intending to keep playing with him, but he almost turned completely pale when he saw that their faces were only millimetres apart. As soon as he felt Yeonjun's hot breath against his face again, his entire confidence disappeared in the air. Heat in his body extended to the point where he was feeling like he was burning in blazing flames. He couldn't even realise when his hands loosened around Yeonjun's wrists and being exactly as flustered and hypnotized as the younger, Yeonjun released his one hand from his grasp and slowly moved it to cup the younger's cheek who leaned into his touch immediately. Soobin could feel heat strengthening even more in him and his heart harshly pounding against his chest. He was afraid that Yeonjun would be able to feel it.

"Your heart is racing", Yeonjun whispered and shut his eyes for a moment to enjoy the younger's beautiful heartbeat better. He didn't know why that rhythm felt so nice to him.

Soobin repeated his movement and closed his eyes as he intertwined their fingers with his hand which was still holding the older one on the wall. The second one raised up in the air to land on Yeonjun's chest and feel his heartbeat which was as accelerated as his own. This caused his heart to race even more in excitement which was perfectly audible to Yeonjun, "Yours too", the younger whispered against his face.

Soobin opened his eyes to take a look at Yeonjun and the latter's eyes swung open too when he felt the younger staring at him. Being completely lost in the alpha's hypnotizing gaze, Soobin couldn't notice when his face started to get closer to the older's one. It was the only matter of a second and their lips would touch only if the sound of footsteps didn't separate their bodies from each other at a speed of light. After their gazes flickered to the entrance of the room, they saw Kai who was looking at them with wide eyes, his mouth slack open in shock and Yeonjun and Soobin both wished they had the supernatural ability to disappear from there.

"What were you guys doing?"

Finally, it was Monday morning Taehyun was waiting so impatiently for. He started getting ready as soon as he woke up and after an hour the detective found himself in front of Johnson's apartment again, knocking on the door loudly. "I'm coming", he heard the woman's voice from inside and the male thanked god in his heart. Finally, they were at home and Taehyun had the possibility to find out something about the director. He had never been this close to him before.

The woman opened the door and bowed as a sign of greeting, flashing a polite smile at him while Taehyun repeated the same, "Yes, sir?"

"I'm from the police", he stated as he showed her his badge as proof of his words, "May I ask you several questions about Jim Johnson?"

The woman stared at him curiously, "Is Jimmy alright?

"That's exactly what I am here for", he said and the woman stepped aside to let the officer in.
