Gregor and the underland's call. 6th book in gregor series.

                                                                  POV: Luxa

Luxa woke up with Gregor and Ripred staring at her. The last thing she remembered was screaming GO AWAY, to Ripred. Gregor, for some reason, asked her the first time they met. She said, Obviously that time when the crawlers brought you and boots to the field. He laughed in delight, and tryed to hug her. She accepted the hug. She had missed Gregor greatly. What happened, she asked, pulling away. Gregor said: A thin black cord of smoke hooked onto your back, and you seemed different s-, How was I different, Luxa interrupted. Gregor looked embarrassed. Ripred shot in: You acted too nice, like how you jumped onto Gregor and kissed him, Gregor noticed quickly and asked you the same question he just asked, and you got it wrong. So i broke the cord, releasing you from the cords grasp, and you fell onto Gregor. Gregor looked mortally embarrassed, as was Luxa. She was thinking, OMG! I actually kissed Gregor. Then they heard a BOOM! 

                                                                        POV: Gregor

Gregor was embarrassed. Why did Ripred have to do that! Now Luxa would never like him. But he had bigger fish to fry.  The city was under attack. He asked Luxa who it was. She said We don't know! Then they saw Mareth rushing towards them. He got there quickly, and then, stabbed Luxa. He jumped at Gregor, but didn't get very far because of his bad leg, and Ripred hitting him hard with his tail. Gregor was appalled. Why would Mareth ever attack them? Then he saw a black smoky cord connected to his back. He stabbed at it, and Mareth fell. Gregor rushed to Luxa's side. Mareth had gotten her hard, right in the stomach. He tore off his shirt, and used it as bandaging. She was bleeding fast, and needed a hospital. He couldn't let her die. His Rager senses kicked in, and he picked her up and rushed her to the hospital. Howard took her and gave her some real bandages, and cleaned up her wound. She will need time, he said.
