Remember, if someone is suicidal or self-harming, call the national suicide helpline for your country and try to get help.

The Butterfly Project is a suicide & self-harm prevention project. Basically, what you do is if someone tells you they've been harming themself, ask them where and draw a butterfly there. Let them name it after someone special. And they have to try hard not to harm themself while the butterfly is on them because that will kill it.

And if someone tells you they've been suicidal/self-harming, talk to them. Try to get them help.

Don't get mad at them.

Don't say "why didn't you tell me earlier?!"

And definitely don't say "how would you feel if I said that to you?"

Don't say anything even remotely close to that.

They just told you they want to end their own life. They are literally crying out to you for help.

You should not try to make them feel bad for that.

So here, today, I will be sharing multiple spells to help suicidal people, people with depression or anxiety, and people who self-harm.

This first spell is a kindness spell that you should cast on yourself.

One of the worst things is bullying. Bullying or being mean to someone without knowing or by accident sucks for everyone involved.

I'm sure we all understand that bullies are insecure and project their insecurities onto others which just makes them feel worse. But that doesn't mean it's okay.

So here is a kindness spell from my personal BOS that hopefully helps this not happen.

You will need:

Lavender - smells sweet, love, peace
Salt - protection, cleansing
Rose bud - budding friendship and kindness, love
Honey - sweetness, kind words, sweetening
Jar
White or pink candle to seal

1. Cleanse the jar. Add salt while saying its properties out loud. Make sure you have clear intention.

2. Add lavender and sniff it. Tell it what you want it to do after you familiarize yourself with how it smells.

3. Add rosebud. An optional thing to do is look at the size of it. If it's big, it represents your kindness. If it is small, it represents your meanness, so crush it in your hand as you imagine white light filling it and sucking out all of the meanness. Then add it into the jar.

4. Add honey! This is the most important part. Honey is commonly used in sweetening jars to sweeten people's attitude towards you. Be sure to fill the jar to the top.

5. Say "Full of kindness, that is me, I am kind to all so mote it be." as you seal the jar with white or pink wax.

Shake whenever you need a boost.

If you don't have any ingredients, you can go outside and ground yourself by visualizing roots sprouting into the ground from your feet and you sucking up energy you need from the Earth to cast the spell. Imagine the energy coming out of your dominant hand into a ball of white light. Say the words "Full of kindness, that is me, I am kind to all so mote it be." and imagine the ball of light emitting a beam of white light that goes all the way up to the clouds, sending your wish to the Universe, until there is no light left.

Now, here is a spell to help someone with self-harm issues.

Take a piece of paper and some markers. Draw a picture of them and imagine them happy as themself. As you draw them, say affirmations like "(name) has a good life" "(name) loves their life" "(name) is happy to be themself and loves themself" "(name) cares for themself" "(name) is free from wanting to hurt themself or others". Make sure you spend time with the drawing and affirmations. To boost the spell, you can draw sigils, hide positive affirmations in the lineart, use paint made with herbs like turmeric for happiness, rose for self-love, and rosemary for banishing negativity, you can leave it in the moonlight/sunlight to charge, put crystals on top of it, you can even draw the drawing with the person and get them to help you with the spell.

Make sure you are always positive around the drawing. Do not be negative when you are making the drawing.

Give them the drawing.

Next is an spell to help with depression and anxiety. Reminder: don't use spells as a substitute for medical help. Ever.

Take a large pot and the herbs sage, salt, rosemary, and lemon for cleansing. Pour drinkable moon water or regular drinkable water on top and turn on the stove. Let the water simmer for a few hours to cleanse the house.

Then take a bottle and cleanse it. Fill it with salt for cleansing, ground coffee for peace, lavender for peace, happiness, anti-depression, and anti-anxiety, chamomile for anti-anxiety and happiness, and rose petals for self-love and happiness. Seal with blue, pink, or white wax. Shake whenever you need a boost. Keep for yourself or give to a friend in need. If they don't know you practice witchcraft and you don't want to tell them, tell them it's an art project they made for you as a lucky charm and tell them to shake it when they're sad.


I will be updating this book with many, many more spells about this topic in the future because I think it's very important. And I truly hope this helps.
