feelings

*small time skip from last chapter*

"Mikasa and Armin will be here at 9:30 so we have five minutes. Armin is bringing her so they'll get here at the same time." you told Eren who was grabbing a towel from your bathroom.

"Ok. Wanna go get the hot tub running then?" he asked.

"Sure. Oh and grab my speaker. It's right beside you." you said as you pointed at your small bluetooth speaker sitting on your nightstand.

You and Eren had decided that you wanted to have a few of your friends over to hang out in your hot tub since your parents were on a business trip and your younger brother was staying the night at a friend's house. You hadn't been able to hang out with your friends since before you took finals so you were really excited to get to be able to talk with them.

You and Eren made your way outside to your patio that had a big hot tub that was glowing colors from the lights build into it. It was a little bit cool out since it was nighttime but it felt nice especially since you would be in warm water. You were wearing a black two piece bathing suit with your hair done in a way that it wouldn't get wet. Eren was wearing black swimming trunks. He was also wearing his silver chain that he always wore that you really liked.

"Ok I think everything is ready. Should we wait for them or just get in?" you asked Eren as you took a seat on the edge of the hot tub.

"No need to figure that out because there they are." he said while waving to Mikasa and Armin walking towards you from the front of your house.

"I didn't even hear you get here! Hey!" you called to them while waving.

"Hey!" they both called back as they made it back to where you and Eren were.

"We haven't been able to hang out in so long because me and Armin have been so busy. I'm glad we got to come." Mikasa said as all four of you stepped into the water and took a seat.

"I know I was really happy that we were finally able to do something. Too bad Jean, Connie, and Sasha couldn't come. But I've seen them recently so it's not the end of the world. We'll see them again soon enough." you shrugged.

You had each taken a seat in a corner of the hot tub. Your seat was in between Eren's and Armin's, and Mikasa was across from you.

"So how long has it been since you guys started dating? We haven't really even been able to talk about it." Mikasa eagerly asked.

"It's been a exactly a week. It happened last Saturday night." you responded. Your stomach got slight butterflies because this was the first time that you were really talking about it.

"Do either of your parents know?" Armin asked.

"No way. We're gonna try to keep it from them as long as possible because if they knew then they would probably not let us have as much alone time together." Eren explained.

"Makes sense. You guys are always in y/n's room alone so yeah I can see why they would try to stop you from doing that as much." Mikasa said. "Anyways, I want to hear details of what happened because pretty much all I know is that you guys are together. I don't really know how that happened. But I do remember seeing a picture on both of your stories where you were at a fancy restaurant together. Did it happen there?"

"No that was before. Nothing really happened there. We just had dinner and took pictures." you said.

"Wait then why did you go to such a nice place if it wasn't even for the purpose of asking her out?" Armin asked while looking at Eren.

"Just felt like it. I wasn't really planning on telling her that I like her that day. I just thought it would be fun to take her somewhere nice and dress fancy with her." Eren responded.
