After a Few Weeks (After Exams)
Y/N POV
Ever since that incident with Taehyung, our interactions had been minimal. Despite the lack of response from him, I continued to greet him whenever we crossed paths. Today, the results for the exams we took earlier will be announced.
Lisa: I'm so nervous today.
Jimin: Nervous? Why? Is something bad going to happen?
Jennie: Seriously, you clueless guy! Don't you know what day it is today?
Suga: So what? You already know your result. If you've done well, why worry?
Rosé: True, but what about you, Y/N?
Y/N: Huh?Kook: Why even ask her? Obviously, she won't be worried. She's one of the top students in our school, just like Taehyung.
My gaze drifted to Taehyung, his expression blank. I couldn't shake the feeling that he was hiding something, ever since that incident.However, I brushed aside the thought as we headed to class.
Teacher: The results are ............and finally, Y/N and TAEHYUNG are the top scorers of the class, as always.

I slouched on the couch, finding solace in relaxation. Just then, my phone chimed. Who could be calling me now?
I looked at the caller ID and felt a jolt of surprise – it was my mom.
Knowing her, she wouldn't call without a valid reason.
ON THE PHONE
Mom: Hello, Y/N?Y/N: Yes, Mom. Why did you call? Is something wrong?
Mom: Nothing's wrong. We just want you to continue your studies here.
Y/N: What? Mom, why the sudden decision?
Mom: It's for your own good, and we miss you. So, we've decided you should continue studying here.
Y/N: But...
Mom: No "buts." You're coming back. (hangs up)
My mind raced, thoughts colliding in confusion. Disobeying them wasn't an option. I sighed, realizing I had little choice.
I skipped dinner, my appetite lost to stress.
The Next Morning
Y/N POV
I stood among my friends – BTS and Blackpink.
They chattered away, but I was lost in my own world, consumed by my mother's words.
Author's POV
Y/N's friends were engaged in conversation while she remained distant, seemingly lost in thought. Unbeknownst to her, a boy stood before her.
Boy 3: Y/N, will you be my girlfriend?
No response.
Boy 3: It's fine if you're not interested.
Still no response.
Her friends took notice and Jennie gently shook her shoulder.
Y/N POV
My mind was adrift. What should I do? Should I...Jennie's voice cut through my reverie as she shook my shoulder.
I looked up to find her concerned gaze, and others staring at me oddly.
Y/N: What's wrong?
Lisa: What do you mean, "what's wrong"? He's confessing to you, and you're just standing there like a statue.
Jennie: Yeah, you look lost. He's confessing!
Distracted, I glanced ahead and saw a boy standing before me, holding a bouquet of flowers.Realization hit me. I had been lost in my thoughts about my mom's words.
I quickly regained my composure and addressed the boy.
Y/N: I'm sorry. I have feelings for someone else.
Boy 3: That's okay. I understand. Good luck with your feelings. (smiled and left)
I looked at Taehyung and looks like he dont like my answer.
Our group moved on to our classes.
