your dad finally returns home, drunk asf and throws you out of the house, so you call.. none other than... DADDY KENMA

'It's me. I need you.'

A moment of silence passed before Kenma answered.

'You could've called Lev-san.' he grumbled, sounding annoyed. It was obvious he wanted to end the call as soon as he could. Whatever, he's gonna have to suck it up and help.

'I can't handle being around Lev more than 5 minutes at a time, no thank you.'

Kenma sighed deeply and responded with much hesitation, 'Well, share your location and i'll be over in a minute. You better have a real good explanation for this or i'm gonna leave you right where i found you.'

You smile and click the [Share Location] button on your phone.

'Alright Y/N, looks like your not to far from my house. Sit tight, i'll be there in 5 minutes.' and with that, he hung up.

...

You sit down in the middle of the sidewalk and wait, fidgeting with your phone nervously. The area you found yourself in gave you the creeps, and you wanted Kenma to hurry up and get there as soon as he possibly could. 'I wonder if he's even gonna show up..' you wondered to yourself. As if on cue, a sleek black car pulled up next to you. The window rolled down slowly, revealing a very stressed and very sleep deprived Kenma.

'Hurry up and get in, will ya? Explain what this is all about later. I wanna get home.'

You rushed to get in, and he sped away before you could even get the door shut. Once inside, you began telling him how your dad was too drunk to recognise you, and when you got to the part of him hurting you physically, Kenma's eyes seemed to soften.

'Y/N..' he was at a loss for words.

'Hey, hey, it's fine. I'm fine. I promise.'

The two of you drove the rest of the way in awkward silence, the air between you was tense. After a few minutes you arrived at a dark coloured 2 story house with a bright blue door (looks like the Tardis from Dr. Who :3 ) The car pulls into the driveway, and Kenma hops out. He dashes over to your side, opening the door for you.

'This.. this is my house.' he said nervously, gesturing towards the front door. 'Make yourself at home, there's a guest bedroom on the second floor, third door to the right...' his voice trailed off as he watched you stand with your arms around your chest, tears running like waterfalls out of your eyes. They we silent tears.. you were too tired to make a single sound.

He stood next to you, unsure of what to do. After a moment he grabs your arm (a bit aggressively) and pulls you into the house.

'Sit.' he says, pointing at a long L shaped couch. You do as you were told and he runs into the kitchen, grabbing something out of the cabinet. Hurrying back to you, he drops something in your lap.

'I recall you saying this was your favourite snack.. so.. take it. You'll feel better.'

You smile and begin to eat slowly. Kenma grabs a soft grey blanket hanging over the back of the couch and wraps you in it. He seemed hesitant to touch you, but managed to cover you completely in the blanket, using the edges to wipe your tears.

'Soft..' you said quietly, burying your head into the fluffy material.

Kenma stands next you, and you notice he seems a bit flustered.

'You don't have to worry about getting being bothered here, I live alone too. My parents are in America at the moment, doing god-knows-what.' He turns to head upstairs, shouting over his shoulder, 'I'll be in my room if you need me. Second door to the right.' and with that, he stomps upstairs leaving you alone on the couch with your snack.

You look around, taking in your new surroundings. The house was beautiful, with dark coloured walls and and white furniture.. practically luxury. Gripping the blanket, you stand up and head up the stairs to see your room.

'Living with Kenma Kozume? This should be interesting..'
