Summer Reading Challenge

RULES

- Books you choose have to be completed (because we want you to learn how to write an ending as well).

- You cannot combine topics. In other words, if one book covers multiple topics, you can only count it for one topic. So if you've completed all topics, you will have read at least 40 books, as there are 40 topics.

- For books to count, they have to be added to your reading list and you have to write a few sentences on what you've learned from the book. You can send this to us at the end of the challenge.

- If you want to send what you've learned to our email, PM us for our emailaddress. Do this at the end of the challenge.

- 抖阴社区 which book you've read in the comments on the Topics chapter after you've finished reading it.

FAQ

Do I have to complete ALL the topics on the topic list?

No, you do not have to complete everything. You can read as many or as few books as you like and still participate in this challenge. However, we encourage you to complete the topic list, as it earns you some cool prizes. :) 

Can I choose a topic that is not on the topic list?

Yes, you can. However, please note that there is a prize for reading a book in each of the topics, so we recommend doing that first.

Can I read multiple books from the same topic?

Yes, absolutely. But again, there is a prize for reading a book in each of the topics, so we recommend doing that first.

Can I read a book that is not completed?

No. Books that are not completed do not count for this reading challenge. This is because we want you to learn how to write a good ending as well.

Can I choose an area of writing that is not on the list?

Yes. If there's an aspect of writing that you struggle with that we have forgotten to mention on our list, please don't hesitate to focus on that. We'd love to hear it if we've forgotten one.

Do I have to vote and comment on the book I'm reading?

No, voting and commenting is not mandatory. All that's mandatory is reading the book until the end, adding it to a reading list, and writing a few sentences on what you've learned.

Do I have to let you know when I finish a book?

Yes. We'd like to stay up to date on who is entering our challenge and how far you are. Please don't forget to let us know every time you finish reading a book by writing the title in the Topics chapter.
