Beomgyu
Yes, I'm at school because I promised Ryujin I would go to school. I know she misses me. Anyways, I am early. I purposely did that since I want a good impression of myself. I sat down on my seat and took out my phone. There are only 3 students here in our homeroom including me. I see shocked faces everywhere. Two of my classmates looked at me wide-eyed. Probably questioning my whole existence.
"Hey?" I awkwardly greeted. They bowed their heads to me and continued with their conversation while I scrolled through my phone.
Many students started entering our room and sat down on their seats. Again obviously, every classmate was shocked to see me in class. Probably needs to get used to it somehow for quite some time. They aren't avoiding me so I assume they already read the letters but are still awkward. Of course, I haven't proved myself yet.
But, I'm waiting for a specific someone.
Speaking of someone, Ryujin entered the room with her friend Chaeryeong. They both saw me so they stopped in their tracks.
"Good-"
I was about to say something when Chaeryeong pulled her arm to her seat. Great.
About the time when our homeroom teacher also entered our classroom.
Ryujin
"So, I was right!" Chaeryeong who is beside me whisper-shouted. "Choi Beomgyu is back."
"Well, yeah obviously." I replied.
"And was he about to greet you?" Chaeryeong whispered.
Really? I didn't notice.
"What? I didn't hear it."
"Yes, his lips moved a little bit." Chaeryeong pointed at her lips.
"Why were you even looking at his lips?" I scrunched my forehead.
"I wasn't!" She slapped my arm as I winced in pain. "I was just looking at his face, and saw it."
"Choi Beomgyu? Nope."
"Here."
Our homeroom teacher is checking our attendance. I see, she didn't expect Beomgyu to be in her class.
"Come again?" She removed her glasses and scanned the room.
"Here." Beomgyu raised his hand for her to see.
"Oh. You are here Mr. Choi. What a surprise." She chuckled.
I glanced at Beomgyu who's about to burst out laughing. I gave him a threatening look as he immediately covered his mouth.
"What was that?" I turn my head to the front and was welcomed by Chaeryeong's face. "Did I just saw you interact with Choi?"
"No?" I denied.
For sure, she's gonna tease me again. What if one day, Chaeryeong gets close to Beomgyu and exposes a lot about me.
"No no, I saw it with my 50/50 vision."
