CONNECTION

The next morning Sakura just found a single note on her center table that said

" I am at Naruto's
                            -Sasuke "
The events of the past night were probably what made Sasuke feel a need to have some space. Sakura on the other hand was worried that Sasuke might leave early now. Who knows....he has always been the one to leave without notice.
That day sakura went to the hospital as usual. She was met by an anbu that morning first thing in her office.... Looked like Kakashi sensie had some important buisness with her.

Hokage office :

"Good morning Kakashi sensie"

Sakura stood amazed by the sight. Sasuke was there standing just infront of her.

Kakashi did a fake cough to return her to the reality...

"So, you both are going to be together."

"Huh" said sakura almost flushed

"This guy here...he wants you to accompany him on his journey."

That was indeed a shock .....the sixth Hokage just gave Sakura a shock of a life time.

"Whaaaaaaat"

Huh....I thought you both were already lovey dovey...

"Don't make it too much extravagant Kakashi.....am taking her with me..."

"Well you can't"

"Hn ? ..."

"Sasuke it's good that u both are together...but Sakura is an important person to the village you just can't come and take her like that...not to mention your past still linger around you along with her...yeah but it will be a different case if you decide to marry her.."

"It's ok...I will do it.."

The word marry....made both Sasuke and sakura's heart beat a bit faster. Marrying Sasuke was like a impossible wish for Sakura. Sasuke's answer made her heart explode though. Sakura would become Sasuke's wife..she never imagined that she would be his girlfriend .... forget marraige.

"We would marry on our way. You can tell the officials that we are already married and you are the witness. "

"Good deal... don't take too long though...it might be a problem if you take too long."

Marry during traveling......Sakura knew that Sasuke just ditched the idea indirectly yet intelligently. Still she was happy that Sasuke kept his promise and this time she would be accompanying him. Walking side by side Sasuke was Sakura's eaternal wish which was finally coming true.

On their way back home.

"So,was it Naruto who ...."

"He just helped clearing my mind."

"Huh...so what did he say"

"He reminded me something I forgot."

"Oh..umm.."

"What is it..."

"Are you happy...with me being with you ...."

'Hn"

Those words put sakura's heart in peace.It wasn't a dream after all. It was the reality.

SASUKE'S POV
I still don't know what am doing is correct or not,nor do I know the answer to her question from heart.Will I be able to protect her. Naruto said that I should take her with me because I must keep my promise. But what if I fail. Even though she is strong. What if I loose myself. What if I do something that will hurt her.
I can't help it. Now that I know that she is like my spring sunshine, I don't really think I can leave her behind. But I don't wanna loose her either.
I am gonna protect her no matter what.

Soon they were on a way that would completely change their lives.The day they left, they carried the image of their home in their hearts and the hope of being together and walk side by side of each other through out their journey. The goodbyes they had with their friends was a new start for both of them. Sakura had made up her mind to get the door of Sasuke's heart open up for her. And Sasuke had made himself prepared to protect his spring sunshine. That dawn was the beginning of a new journey for both of them.
