Trapped in a Spider's Web (Naraku x Reader)

Kagome and the others sweat dropped at this however when Inuyasha went on a full on rant and chase afterwards.

"I like her.."

(Y/n) was immediately tackled as she appeared before the traveling group she'd been with for so long. Rin giggled as she hugged her legs.

"Lord Sesshomaru is gone right now.. So can we go swimming!"

(Y/n) grinned immediately,

"Of course little one.. And I know a pond just near here.. Jaken! Would you like to join us?"

"I will do no such thing!" He yelled, crossing his arms and turning his back on the two while the dragon A-Un merely kept eating.

"Oh come on... You know you want to" Rin persisted playfully, but the little green demon only huffed once more.

"My lord will be coming back soon! He'll expect us to be waiting here!"

"Oh if it helps I'll stay out of the water and keep look out. Now come now, Jaken. It's a hot day and might do you some good" (Y/n) sighed, already walking off with Rin at her side towards the cool pond.

After a few minutes Jaken finally realised he was now alone standing in a field as he was just about to lose sight of both ladies.

"Hey! Wait!"

The spider only chuckled lightly to herself.

Moments of silence went by peacefully after that. Rin running off ahead of them to chase after butterflies and look over near by wild flowers.

(Y/n) watched her joyfully humming to herself while keeping track of both A-Un's and Jaken's footsteps to make sure she didn't lose anyone of the gang.

Finally making it to the pond she simply jumped up to the trees without a word. Watching as they all went into the water, Jaken included much to her amusement. Rin had rolled up her Kimono and started splashing about as the little imp yelled in protest as most of the water went at him. A-Un walked in smoothly but surely to just stand about before going into where it was deep and floating up to relax.

She leaned back and started to hum again, keeping watch over the three of them. A spider would slink down every other minute to offer her some conversation here and there. They promised to alert her if anything dangerous entered her circle of area or if Sesshomaru showed up near by.

"Kumo No Joo, a half demon has entered near the North... it was not the pup either" A Joro spider whispered, before crawling back to its web just above her head.

(Y/n) continued to hum as she stood with one last glance towards the three bellow.

"Keep watch of these three and alert me with this" she started quietly, shooting one of her webs to be right near the Joro spiders web before finishing her statement. "The vibrations will be enough to let me know to come back"

Then like that she left her branch keeping hold of the web of alarm as she liked to call it for no reason. She jumped tree to branch closer and closer to the north of her circle area before she stopped, hiding behind the trunk attached to the branch she stood on at the moment.

"Spiders.. there are so many around" a man's voice stated, dismissively.

"Don't speak so arrogantly" she couldn't help but state, keeping herself hidden.

"What?"

(Y/n) giggled at the snap back.

"Don't use that tone with me!" she chuckled, peaking only slightly to catch sight of who had stepped in.
