Shaayad...

It was the 30th marriage anniversary of Shehnaaz's parents and everybody was invited, everybody meaning whole of the Shukla family.

Since, Shehnaaz had some pending up shoots, she was going to be there on the same day. Maa, preeti di, neetu di, Siya, the jiju's, and the kids were leaving a day before to be there at the event.

Sidharth was supposed to leave with them too. But then since  Shehnaaz  couldn't leave on the  day others were, he stayed back to come with her instead.

Sidharth knew that if somebody spotted him and Shehnaaz together then it was going to be a big chaos, not necessarily a negative one.

They didn't want to come out to people like this. If they wanted people to know then it should be planned and the way they want to.

Both of them were strictly against the idea of people getting to know through media and that too when they hadn't planned on it. So, they were left with no option beside going by road.

Since, she would be done with the shoot by today night and  the anniversary is tomorrow, they would leave for punjab at night. Sidharth was all ready to leave for the set on which she was shooting.

He grabbed his bag and his keys and made his way downstairs. The drive to her shooting location might have taken 30 minutes or so. He decided to go inside the set and have a look.

Seeing him, the crew members were a bit astonished. They weren't unaware of the infamous couple of Sidharth and Shehnaaz who were rumoured to be in a relationship.

But still, they had never spotted both of them together and now he himself was here, probably for Shehnaaz. "Hi, Sidharth!", the director greeted him.

Sidharth smiled politely, he already knew Ashi Khanna. He had worked with her. "Hi, Ashi!", he greeted. "So, you are here for Shehnaaz?", Ashi asked with a teasing glint in her eyes.

Obviously, that was a rhetorical question, every staff member knew why was he here. He blushed slightly and nodded with a poker face, trying to give away nothing.

"Ummm..yeah!", he replied after giving it much thought.

"Sidharth tu bhi kya soch ra hai. Itni obvious si baat hai ki uske liye aaya hai toh saaf saaf bol deta na. Aur agar yeh nhi bolta toh kya bolta ki set pe ghumte ghumte aa gya!", he scolded himself mentally.

"I didn't know that the rumours were actually true!", Ashi said, trying to stifle a smile. "What rumours?", he asked, actually not understanding what was she talking about.

"About you and Shehnaaz being together, as in a relationship!", Ashi spoke as she smiled. "What? No! We are... Just friends!", he responded so very awkwardly.

"Ohhh....I see! My bad!", Ashi said, being a bit embarrassed, but knowing nonetheless that they both weren't just friends.

"Why don't you sit here, she has just one shot left!", The director spoke. Sidharth nodded and pulled a chair to sit beside Ashi.

He waited for Shehnaaz a few more minutes and then she came, in all her glory, in a wine coloured long mesh dress. She looked too beautiful to be looked away from.

Sidharth's movements halted as he looked at her with an open mouth. She had still not seen him and as soon as she looked at Ashi for instructions, she spotted him.

He was in an all black outfit. Black shirt while rolled up sleeves and Chinese collars, while a black jeans ripped from the knees and black shoes, looking daper.

She actually didn't wish to look anywhere else. He smiled at her, making her smile back as well. "Action!", the director yelled and Shehnaaz instantly went into the character.
