"it's okay, i'm here, i can help you," i said. i junped up onto the slope and said, "just try to jump up, i will catch you and not let you fall, okay? trust me." "... okay," she replied. as soon as she jumoed, i reached out for her wrist and help her tightly. "okay, on a count of three, try to pull yourself up... one, two, three," i counted, using all my force to pull her up.

as she came up, probably becuause we both used strength, she came up too hard and fell on me. as i felt her body press against mine, i slowly opened my eyes. not long after, we locked gazes as we stayed in that position for a while. as soon as she got back to her senses, she got off me and ran away.

"hey y/n where are you? aren't you afraid of the dark?" i asked. no response? i shone the torch light everywhere and soon found her. "there you are." i went over and put my arms around my waist as i said, "don't let go again, okay?" she listened and held on tightly to my waist as i continued to solve the riddles. not long after, we made it out of the escape room. 

"how was it?" i asked. "bad... i don't wanna come again," she said, pouting. are all killers this cute? if they were all this cute, i wouldn't mind being killed all the time. "well, where do you want to go now?" i asked. "hm... how about... we go home? i'm tired actually," she said. "of course you're tired, you had a whole day of 'adventures'. let's go, i'll bring you home," i said. 

"oh um... i think i can go home myself..." she said. "hm? it's fine, i have nothing to do anyway. and at least i'll be at ease knowing you reached home safely," i said. "um, then just send me to my neighborhood, that'll be enough..." she said. do killers have a secret base where they live? "okay," i replied, let's go," i told her. 

we walked to the nearest taxi stand and called a taxi. not long after, we got onto the taxi. "destination to go to?" the driver asked. "oh, just bring me to xxx station," she said. "okay," the driver replied as he started to drive. we were talking on the way back, and i learnt a lot more about y/n. whether what i learnt was true though, that was another story. 

she asked me about my background as i told her some information about it. however, when i asked her about hers after, i never got an answer. i turned to look at her. there she was, sleeping. woah my family's story's that boring huh. i took out my phone and took a photo and set it as my phone wallpaper. she looks so cute there, i thought. 

suddenly, the car took a turn and y/n's head fell onto my shoulder. i could feel my face heating up as i felt y/n's breath hit against the skin on my neck. having y/n's head on my shoulder, i didn't dare to move a single inch. soon, she woke up as she immediately stood back up straight. "s... sorry... you could've woke me up you know?" she said. 

"you were sleeping well, i wanted to let you sleep more," i said. not long after, we reached the station y/n asked to be dropped at as i paid the driver and left the taxi. y/n didn't come out yet though, the driver seemed to be telling y/n something. what was he telling her though? do they even know each other?
