"Children!" Professor Membrane called. "Please come to the kitchen table!"

Five minutes later, Both Dib and Gaz joined him.

"What is it?" Gaz asked, "I was in the middle of a game".

"Sorry Gazlene, But i needed to tell you two this, it's very important"

Dib rolled his eyes, yeah right...

However the next sentence surprised them both.

"I know I haven't been the best... father, but I think this is an amazing opportunity! We are moving to [Home town/city] next month!" He exclaimed.

The colour drained out of the two membrane siblings.

"What!?" They both shouted. Gaz opened her eyes as she slammed her hands on the table, causing Professor Membrane to twitch.

"There's more, It's a smaller city than here, not that small but still you get it and I'll be home way more often! Isn't that great?" He asked, excitedly.

"Good work as always Y/n!" Mr.Jones congratulated you as he handed your test results. You weren't fazed, you always got A+'s.

You nodded as your bored expression didn't changed, you just glanced at your test marks and put it in your desk as Mr.Jones passed out the rest of the students test results.

"Dib membrane, as well as Y/n, You did a really good job and got an A+!" You heard him exclaimed, and you choked on your spit.

Trying not to cough and make a loud noise, it just came out really weird, like an airbag with water popped of some kind.

"Y/n, are you okay?" Mr.Jones asked, walking towards you as he patted your shoulder.

You ended up coughing really loud, you nodded as you tried to contain your coughs.

"I-I'm fine" You choked. You cannot believe someone, someone other than you, got an A+. Your parents isn't gonna be happy about this, you gulped.

Dib eyed you weirdly, he wonders why you just had a coughing fit out of nowhere, shrugging he just continued doodling. It's a boring school day without spaceboy...Not like he misses him, he's an alien! He grunted.

Hearing the bell ring, you stuffed your books back into your bag and made your way out.

Passing people in the hall you made your way to your locker, where you put your backpack in, since it's lunch time, you'll be leaving your stuff in the locker.

"Uhm, Hey" You heard a voice say behind you.

"What do you want?" You asked, but it came out harsher than expected. You closed your locker and turned around, seeing that Membrane kid.

"Where's the cafeteria?" Dib asked, you and him had gotten an A+ so he thought, that you two had something in common? Maybe..

You laughed, more like mockingly than genuinely.

He rose a brow in confusion, anxiety slipping in.

"There's no 'cafeteria' you go home for lunch" You laughed, but a side of you wished the school did, it would be cool.

"W-wait, really?! I get to go home for lunch?" He asked, a bit too excitedly, "for how long?"

His outburst caught you off guard, making you a bit surprise as well, but you answered his question nonetheless.

"Yes we go home for lunch and how long? For an hour and a half now I gotta go" You said, walking away from Dib.

"Woah.." He mumbled to himself, "I gotta tell Gaz!" He exclaimed as he took off in the other direction.

He has to tell Gaz that they'll never eat slop for lunch ever again! This school is awesome!

You took your skateboard and skated all the way home, it only took 10 minutes, so you have an hour and 5 minutes to eat and study, plenty of time, not like that surprised you, it was normal.

Opening the door, it was no surprise that your parents weren't home.

Normal routine. Everyday.

"And I thought moving was gonna be bad, this is awesome" Gaz laughed, her and Dib was walking home, to eat some real food. She already loves it here.

Dib nodded, the only down side of this was, no Zim, no Alien, but maybe he can be a normal teenager now, Zim hasn't conquered the world yet...and never will, he assured himself.

"I wonder if there's any pizza place around..I mean, we do have alot of time on our hands" Gaz smiled, again, complementing the school.

Dib agreed, this place is awesome.

I think I'm gonna love it here. He thought.
