Author's point of view

It had been months since Jong Hoon and Sol promised to wait for each other. Things weren't easy, especially at first. Being a law student was already stressful alone, him not being around her was even more stressful. As for him, he thought he was going to be okay. He always thought he just wanted to work hard and help make the future law professionals ready and capable, not until he met her. He was doing worse than he expected.

But what made the both of them feel better when they wanted to give up was also each other.

"When you lose hope as a law student, just think about me. You should think about what your former terror professor would say."

"Former terror professor?" She smiled.

"And when you want to give up, think about what Yang Jong Hoon would say to Kang Sol not as a professor but as who he really is."

"You too, Gyosunim. As a professor, never eat with any of your students."

"Arasseo." He slightly smiled with what she just said.

"Take care of yourself. Never tell yourself I don't deserve someone like you, you are more than enough."

"Arasseo." And he smiled again.

"I give up. You're not even smiling. Now, it's your turn to take photos of me."

"I don't take photos." So she took his phone. He gave her the usual glare he always gives her but she rolled her eyes and ignored him.

"Waeyo, Gyosunim? Will you file charges against me for taking your phone?" He looked away and tried to hide his smile.

She took his phone and there were no photos of him or of anyone. All were photos of law books and some screenshots of articles. And they barely look clear. "Hmph, old man." She murmured. She then took a selfie of her on his phone.

Jong Hoon smiled. He never thought such small actions would make his heart flutter.
