Alex sat down shortly after making you and Ethan smile brightly. "Glad you could sit with us, Alex!" You smiled.

They didn't answer, fiddeling with their scarf nervously.

"Alex?" Ethan called. They turned to him before giving a small smile.

"You okay?"

"Yeah. Its just been awhile since we've been on a feild trip. I'm a little nervous."

"Well, It'll be fun! We'll see lots of stuff! Like Birds, Elephants, giraffes, Zebras, Cows--"

"I don't think theirs cows in the Zoo, Eth'..." "Wait seriously!?" As Alex chuckled at Ethan you kept staring at them.

They seemed to be acting just a bit weird.

Maybe its just you.

"35...36...Uhm...Shoot, Lost my count. Gotta start over." "Seriously? Come on Y/n!"

"I want to count all your freckles!"

"But I have a lot! There's no way you'd be able to count them all--!" The bus came to a jerky stop making everyone pick their heads up.

Miss. Melony stood up with a smile.

"We're here." Ethans face lit up as he pressed his face against the class. "It looks so cool!" "Its only the front of the building..." "Still cool!"

It was a few minutes after everyone got settled that everyone was set up with a buddy.

Logan wanted to be your buddy but then Miss. Melony said that whoever you sat with his your partner.

So he was stuck with Nico and Asher. You, Ethan, and Alex were partners again with Ethan in between you and Alex.

Miss. Melony lead you all around the place, looking at different animals.

There was a bat cave and you all got to look at those!

You tried to keep it as a pet with Ethan encouraging you but Nico didn't let you.

"Look Nico! Its our great uncle!" Sophia smiled, pointing to the black panther.

Nicos brows furrowed as he gave his sister and unimpressed look.

Rocky and Logan were seemingly getting a kick out of it.

Asher was reading the facts about the panther.

"Do you think it'll purr if we pet it?" Ethan smiled.

"It might! Ooo! I heard that Panthers and Lions n' stuff are like big house cats!"

"Where'd you get that from?"

"The internent!" As everyone conversed with one another Alex looked up at the sky, feeling a cold wind go by.

The wind go strong to the point where the pages on Ashers book flew by and skipped the things he wanted to look at. Rocky grinned.

"If you stand backward, and fall the wind feels weird on your skin and it'll catch you!" You and Ethan did so and laughed.

Your tail was struggling to move because of the wind.

Alex attempted to keep hold of their scaf but it ended up flying off their neck and into the sky.

"No...!" They whispear yelled, eyes widening in horror.

The wind stopped making you and Ethan fall to the ground with laughs. You two looked up and noticed Alex's expression and the redness in their skin.
