Chapter 10

The clouds went to cover the sun.

"Hey Alex, you okay?" Ethan questioned. They let out a sigh while sweating nervously before turning to you.

"Hey Y/n Uhm...Your a werewolf aren't you?" You smirked and turned to Ethan.

"Gee...I dunno...Hey Ethan, do you think I'm a werewolf?" You chuckled, brushing your tail again his arm. He grinned and laughed making Alexs brows furrow.

"Guys...I'm serious..." You and Ethan both stopped your banter and looked at Alex expectedly.

"My scarf...The wind made it blow away and I seriously need that back. Since your a werewolf, do you think you can sniff it out for me with that nose of yours?"

"Well...My nose isn't really the best in town, but I can try! If the scarfs important to you, then its important to me too!" You grinned.

Alexs brows raised in slight shock but smiled at you no less.

"Thanks Wolfy."

"Not a problem! Wanna come look for it with us Ethan?"

"Mm...I'm not sure. Won't we get in trouble with Miss. Melony for leaving?"

"It won't take long. We just need to find the scarf, and get back! Easy Peasy!"

"Well...If you say so Y/n! Lets go!"

"Yeah!...Wait, gotta sniff you first." Alex awkwardly leaned over as you sniffed around her neck, attempting to get the scent for her scarf.

"So cool...!" Ethan gawked.

Your tail wagged at a certain smell before you sniffed around.

"Got it! Your scarfs that way." You pointed.

"Alright. Lead the way."

"Mkay!"

"Hehe...That rhymed." Ethan snickered.

You turned up your nose and followed the smell of Alex's scarf as Ethan watched you with a fascinated look.

"Werewolves are so amazing!" He grinned. "Yeah...I guess they are, huh?"

"Y/n! I see monkeys up ahead! Look! D-Do you want to see them together?" Logan pointed.

He turned his head and yelped when he noticed you, Ethan, and Alex weren't there.

"Hey. Come onnnn! The group is leavi--Where did they go!?" Rocky yelled out making Asher, Nico, and Sophia turn their heads.

Nico looked around before rubbing his neck nervously.

Asher, on the other hand, let out an exasperated sigh and pinched his brows together.

"You've got to be kidding me!" He grumbled making Sophia chuckle nervously.

"If those three think I'm looking for them, They're crazy!....I'll be right back."

Ethan hummed before sining a song in spanish with a peaceful look on his face.

"Where'd you hear that song?"

"My Abuela sometimes sings it to be whenever I'm nervous or scared about something. She sings a bunch of other songs too but this ones my favorite."

"Hm..."

You continued to sniff the air as Alex carried Ethan on their back while keeping an awful keen eye on the sky.
