I highly recommend that you put their birthday, WITH THE YEAR, otherwise things might get pretty mixed up and you could end up married to someone 5 years older than you thought they were. If you need help doing math I have an age calculator I can give (just ask for it in the comments)
Putting a picture of how you want them to look with their information. It might help.
