"Hey baby." Austin greeted me.

"How'd the meeting and sound check go bubs?" I said while wrapping Austin in a hug.

"The meeting went good. We got the green light to start recording for the next album, which is exciting." Austin said with a smile.

"I can't believe this is going to be album number four already." I said.

"Shits crazy isn't it. You'll be by my side for this era though. Hopefully we'll have a little one cooking and I'll be able to dedicate the album to them." Austin said while placing a kiss to the side of my head.

"I'm excited to see where everything goes, Aust. I love you." I sighed into his chest.

"I love you too. Let me see those dope ass nails." Austin smirked.

I held my hands up and flaunted the mini Posty's on my nails.

"Ohhh damn girl. Lil mama is looking like a baddie. I should've gotten mine done." Austin said while showing me his chipped nails.

"I'll redo them before we go party. You'll be the real baddie around here." I offered.

"Let's get a move on then, sunshine. I'm sure you and Ivory want to get all glammed up for the show and I don't want to take up too much of your time." Austin said.

"Lead the way then Mr. Post." I said while gesturing him to lead.

Austin laced my hand into his and led us towards the bus. I noticed Ivory engrossed in conversation with Smitty. She was tracing a freshly manicured nail up and down the tattooed piano keys on his arm.

I tapped on Austin's arms and nodded towards the two. There was clearly something happening between the two and I didn't want to get too excited.

"Let them just do their own things for now. I'm sure when you start drinking you'll be blunt about your intentions with them." Austin chuckled.

I sighed and nodded in agreement. If there was ever a chance to get the two together, it couldn't be pushed. Austin unlocked the bus door and led us up the stairs. Enchi was in his kennel and Austin went to open it up for him so he could run freely.

I gathered a black nail polish and some remover to get off the remaining chips that littered his nails. Austin sat down at the dinette and placed Enchi in his lap.

"Let's get these fabulous, darling." I said while reaching for one of Austin's hands.

I began to remove the left over chips on his nails. Once I cleared everything away to my liking I shook up the bottle of black paint.

"What are the chances you and Smitty will go easy on us during pong?" I questioned.

"Zero in hell." Austin said bluntly.

"You're not fun." I scoffed.

"Hey, I want to beat you in pong as long as I can. There will be a time, hopefully soon that you won't be able to consume my favorite beverage." Austin shrugged.

"Fair enough." I sighed.

I carefully painted the black over his short nails. I found it endearing that he was comfortable enough with himself to have his nails done nicely. It was an accessory he enjoyed.

I quickly finished finished nails and laid his hands flat on the table so they could dry nicely. I closed up with polish and sat back to admire my work.

"Don't smudge those. I'll throw hands if you do." I said sternly.

"Yes ma'am." Austin said while rolling his eyes.
