Nicks pov:
Despite what people may think.. im 20.. people think im a toddler just because im small.. its annoying, i may be smaller than my nephew, but that doesnt mean he should get treated like hes older than me..
I finally earned enough money to move out.. after constantly being rejected from jobs becuase of my height. After being dropped of outside of what i thought was my new house, i soon realised it wasnt.. the stupid driver had the adress mixed up and now i dont know where i am..
Luckily i see a box next to the fancy gate. I climb in and cover myself with a blanket. As i fall asleep it begins to rain, i know i should get out of the rain but.. im too sleepy.. oh well, ill just be ill tomorrow.
3rd pov:
As the couple arrive home after their date night, they are suprised to see a rubbish box outside of the gate, just as the man is about to pick it up he notices a tuft of hair. He opens it up and is shocked to find a child in said box. He quickly picks up the child and notices his wifes shock as he turns around with the child in his arms.
When they arrive at the house the man takes the child up into the bathroom and runs him a small bath. After getting the child clean he takes him to the small nursery they had for whenever they babysat one of their friends children.
Not wanting the boy to be cold, the man lay him on a changing table and begun to change him into a diaper and some cute pjamas. The man picks up the boy again and takes him downstairs where the wife is sat on the couch. She grabs the child and begins to rock him in her arms..
Nick-"mmgh... where am i?"
Nick slowly opens his eyes and jumps as he sees 2 people staring at him.
Nick-"uh.. h-hi..."
Mat- "hi little guy, you finally awake?"
Nick slowly nods his head.
Mat-" okay, well im Matthew but call me matt and this is my wife fiona."
Fiona-"whats your name"
Nick-" u-hm.. its nick.."
Fiona-" what a cute name, now would you be able to tell me what you were doing sleeping in a box outside our house?"
Nick-" ah- uhm.. im sorry its just.. im actually 20.. i just bought my house and the stupid driver got the adress wrong and kicked me out of the car here.. he drove off with everything i owned so.. i kinds fell asleep in the box.. again im really sorry!"
Fiona-" its alright nicky! I cant believe your 20 though, your so small and cute!"
Fiona started to tickle his sides.
nick- "st-stahp" *giggles*
fiona-"ok ok, i really cant believe your 20 though"
nick-"yeah.. i guess something happened and i stopped growing so now i look like a 3 year old who i guess is now homeless..."
mat-"well.. if you want, you can stay here?"
nick-"huh?"
fiona-" yeah! the only room we have right now is ours and a nursery but you can choose which room to stay in, we dont mind"
mat-"yeah, i think our bed may be comfier but youll have to sleep in the middle of both me and fiona, or you can sleep in a crib"
nick-"uhm.. i think ill pick the nursery if thats okay?"
fiona-"thats fine sweetie, about clothes"
nick-"oh yea- wait.. did.. uhm did you guys change me?"
mat-"yeah, you were in muddy and wet clothes so we had to bin those.. you in our nephews clothes now, but hes grown out of them and we dont really see him anymore so they can be yours for now"
nick-"oh.. um thankyou.."
fiona-"your welcome sweetie, are you hungry?"
nick-"uhm.. a little i guess"
mat-" ill go make some food, fiona tell him about the rules"
mat leaves the room and leaves fiona kneeling on the floor next to the couch where nick is.
nick-"rules?"
fiona-"yes, theres only a few rules:
• dont be shy, you can ask for things you want
•if we tell you to do something, you do it
•dont argue with us
•youll have a bedtime at 8:30pm and a naptime at 1:30
•wear what we give you
•tell us if you need the bathroom
•let us carry you if we need to
•dont be fussy
•there will be punishments if you dont follow some rules"
fiona-" them rules okay for you?"
nick-"mhm.."
after nick had ate mat picked him up while fiona went and sat on the couch, she put on a movie and mat sat down next to her placing nick in the middle of them.
after the movie, nick had fallen fast asleep. mat carefully picked him up and took him to his and fionas room, fiona closely following behind.
fiona laid down on the right side whist matt laid on the left, putting nick in the middle of them. all together they slofy left asleep once more
