"Here are the last files to the Mr. Lee documents. Shall I start on Mrs. Jun?" I placed the documents on his desk

He didn't even look at me, just nodded.

As I was walking out I turned around

"So for dinner tonight I was thinking we can go out to-"

"That's enough. You may go now" he was signing and reviewing papers

I am the secretary to my CEO husband. We had an arranged marriage. We do go out to dinner every so often. I want to see it as dates but he sees them as check ups.

I just want us to be friendly. I'm not expecting us to fall in love over night or even in a year but can we make this marriage fun? At least to be friends and work from there.

When our parents were making the arrangement it wasn't something that we're not supposed to give each other a chance. We agreed to have children together and avoid divorce all possible times. His mother lead me to believe that this was a normal arranged marriage. She told me that he wanted a relationship.

I realized now she was saying that to wed him off because no one wants to marry a rock.

I don't want to die married to a man who doesn't want to give it a try.

He's just married for his image to make him seem friendly family man which makes customer feel
happy and secure.

His parents has apologized that he has been cold. Usually arranged marriages aren't supposed to start out cold like this. Hell it was not a forced marriage. So yes I was a little pissed when he didn't want to get to know me. Most people are nice to each other and go out on dates. He never tries.

We both weren't forced to get marry we both agreed. I just thought he'd be more friendly......

I'm starting to get sick of him though, he's rude and disrespectful

I walked out and went to my office.

I started calling customers and checking in on my workers.

"Mrs. Yoo, We have a meeting in an hour. Just wanted to remind you that."

"Okay thanks"

It was break time and the company catered today.

The employees lined up for their meal

I already grabbed my portion. I was heading for my desk but the office girls invited me to sit with them

We were all giggling on an episode of Vampire Diaries we all watch.

"Damon is my favorite! He's so adorable"

"No Stephan is better!" One girl exclaimed

The girls all turned to look at me, "Fine tie breaker, Y/n who is it going to be?"

"Damon is way hotter!" I said a little too loud

"What? Is there food on my face or something?" I said insecurely

I followed their eyes and saw my arranged husband walk by with a group of men. I'm guessing he is going out to lunch with a client.

'Did he hear? Uh doesn't matter, he doesn't care about my well being.'

After lunch I went back to my office

"Great. I need another signature from my husband". I got up and fixed my skirt

I walked into his area of work. I opened the next door which lead to another room where his office would be.

"Hello sir", I said to the receptionist

"Hello Mrs. Yoo, he is busy with a client" the man said

"Okay I'll just sit here and wait"

*Ring* Ring*

He picked up the phone

"Okay I'll be right down" the man got up

"Excuse me I have to take care of an issue in floor 8. Apparently their copy machine has a mind of it's own" he laughed and walked away

I nodded and waited patiently

"I'm warning you!"

I heard from the door behind his office

I look around and got up to press my ear on the door

"Sir to be blunt your wife is noting but sloppy. You could have done better. She's not even attractive-"

I could hear Kihyun slapping his hands against the desk

"OUT! NOW!"

I quickly backed off the door as I heard footsteps

The doors open

"When you down talk about my wife you are down talking about me!"

The client rushed right out

Kihyun was breathing hard due to his aggravation

He scratched the back of his head and turned and we locked eyes

"Kihyun", I whispered

"Excuse me for acting out", he turned back to his office

"Wait!", I blurted out

"Yes Mrs.Yoo?"

"Dinner tonight?" I said anxiously biting my lip

"Movie after?" he smiled and walked in his office

'Dinner and movie...... sounds like a new beginning for us' I smiled
