Chapter 48: It's a Crappy Start For the Greenie... Literally

"Why not?" he asks.

"Uh- Well-"

"After what happened last time she got drunk, we agreed it best she doesn't have alcohol again" I interrupt her, knowing that the main reason she doesn't want to drink is because she's pregnant, however what I said is still partly true.

"Ah. Understandable" Minho goes away.

I go to the fight circle, like usual, and after about ten minutes, Olivia arrives with the Greenie. She cheers after I defeat opponent after opponent, making me smile.

After defeating a particularly hard person, I look over at Liv and see she's beaming.

"THAT'S MY BOYFRIEND!" she cheers, then runs into the circle and kisses me.

"Everything ok? You don't usually do that" I mutter against her lips.

"Dylan was right next to me" she explains, then pulls away. "I'm gonna play truth or dare now. Bye. I love you"

"I love you too"

She goes off with her friends, sitting near the fire. The Greenie, who seems to be following her round like a lost puppy, goes with her.

Third Person's Point of View

Olivia sit down on a log and the Green Bean plops down next to her.

The group do a few rounds of truth or dare, and at one point Liv look over at Gally, who is also looking at her, and she can tell that he is desperate to know the results of the pregnancy tests, so she gets up and excuses herself, saying that she needs the toilet.

She grabs the tests that she had hidden earlier that day, then reads the instructions. Once she knows what she's doing, she does them and waits.

A few minutes later, Gally bursts in and sits down next to Liv.

"Well?" he asks, the excitement evident in his voice.

"We just need to wait"

"When are we going to tell the others?" Gally draws circles on her hand.

"I think we should leave it as long as possible. Only announce it when I physically can't hide my bump"

"But I really wanna tell people now" he whines.

"Gal-"

"Pleeeaaase?"

"God, you're worse than the Greenie" she laughs. "Speaking of which, I think he kinda idolises you"

"What? Huh? Why?!"

"Watching you in the fight circle, I guess. I'm pretty sure he's also scared of you for the exact same reason"

The pair continue talking, until the tests are ready. Olivia nervously looks at them, then cheers.

"What?" Gally springs up. "Are you-"

"Yes!" she nods. "I'm pregnant!"

Gally cheers and picks his girlfriend up and spins her round, then gives her a giant hug. He couldn't find the words to describe how over the moon he was. He was going to be a father. The girl he loves so much is going to be a mother.

Suddenly, the door opens, and Newt walks in.

"Everything ok? I heard some people in here. They sounded like they were celebrating. What's the occasion?" he asks.

Liv and Gally share a look, then face Newt again.

"It doesn't matter" Olivia says firmly, grabbing Gally's hand and walking out.
