~Try to Detect My Love: Unmasked (Quackbur)~

  ~Wilbur's POV~

 It was a normal day. I was walking home from my job, backpack in hand, filled with all the difficult college work i had to do by tomorrow. I worked two jobs just to pay rent for my flat and to help pay my doctorate collage loans. But today I decided to do something different.

I wanted to take a different route home. I turned into a corner, nearing my home, then realizing that someone was following me. A black car was slowly driving behind me. It was almost like a limousine.  

At first, I didn't know what to do. I can't just keep walking, whoever's in that car would know where I live. I wasn't thinking straight. 

My fight or flight instincts kicked in.  

 I turned around and looked at the car. The windows were blacked out, definitely suspicious. I ran up to the car knocking on the windows harder than I wanted to. 

The windows screwed down and there was a man with a black suit on and no out there features. He was scary but I couldn't put my finger on why.

"Hello? Sir, why are you-?" Is all I managed to say before I was forcefully pulled into the car. I hit my head on the seat of the car as I heard the car door slam shut. I quickly sat up in the car seat and looked out the window seeing us speed past small houses and my flat. Then I looked around the car finally noticing a quiet man sitting in another corner of the fairly large car.

He was wearing a suit like man driving the car, but it looked more laid back. He was tan, he had black, wavy hair that almost reached his shoulders, on top of his head was a beanie that said LAFD, it looked worn, old. He was smiling, a smirking, sickening smile. Like he'd just won the lottery. 

But the most distinguishable feature about him was his scar. It looked deep, like when he got it, it hurt like hell. It went from the top of his face all the way underneath his mouth. Which explained his fake gold teeth.

He then opened his mouth to speak

"Nice to finally meet you, Wilbur Soot."
