What the hell just happend? The worst case scenario who nobody knew that it even existed, just happend!
After they managed to lock the Germany-Thing safely away without someone getting hurt, the planned meeting was now pulled forward to happen immidiatly. More or less immidiatly at least because a lot of orders were given first: guard the prison, telling the soldiers to weapon up, pay attention to every little detail and be on the watch for mabye still hidden other Versions of Germanys, who could crawl out of the ground at every moment.(UK did not even want to imagine what will happen when Prussia would randomly show up again.) Talking to five diffrent people over different topics at the same time, trying to look unfazed and trying to order his thoughts, UK tried his best to keep an eye out for France, who was still a shaking panicing mess. The rumor of a new Germany already rising out of the ashes spread like a wildfire among the shaken soldiers, what the nations tried to mostly dismiss before the moral could get too much affected. This will be not good for publicity, that was for sure. How it will to appear to the world when the great allies finally managed to defeat the big bad but couldn't manage to hold the same big bad down and dead for even a day? They would be the laughing stock of the world, openly or in secret. They would be losing credebillity infront of other nations and their own people... A political catrastophe.
"No, just ignore them for... this week, pull the soldiers down from the camps to here. This is way more important than the je-You heard what I said! No risks, not even the smallest chance of an risk!", UK scolded his general. "But the people... in there still need help. They need food, medical attention... and..." "I know, bloody hell! We take care of that... later, but this event is now the main priority, no questions asked." UK sended the distraught general away with an unpatient gesture. "France, do you feel better?", he asked over his shoulder. No answer. "Sir, do you autorize the guards arond- Yes, I do!" "France?", he tried again and turned around. She was still sitting there on the ground curled up to a ball. UK took a few steps closer and kneeled down, not sure if he should comfort her. "France, please... I don't want to- What should I say, Angleterre? That everthing is fine?" She apruptly looked up and stared at him with red, puffy eyes full of anger, what gave her a crazed look. "That everything is fucking fine? While that... monster is sitting in somebodys basement, playing stupid and waiting to escape... to... do it a-all over again?", she called out with a shrill voice. Oh, so fine... Everything is fine... Oi,oi, trout va bien..." Her head sunk slowly back to her knees again while quietly mumbleing nonsense. UK sighed, part of annoyence, part of despair. He understood her. He understood her so well... The pain, the caused trauma, the destruction caused by the bombs... and a thousend reasons more. Especially for France. But now, like he said: They had to move on and that quick. Or at least focus on that what laid before them. The responsebility for yourself and your people doesn't stop now, when then it really just started now.
"France, I know what you feel... You don't!" She looked up again. Her face looked even more leaner and emaciated then before, the blue and red in her flag were still pale. "That's the problem: You don't. We have had the same thing this morning." Yes, he rememberd. But this was something completly different. "You don't understand, but... this is given. We had two completly different experiences in the last years." "Oh, come on! Don't be like that. I mean... we had different things happening to us but not that different.", UK contradicted. "Listen, we can't allow this to go to our heads like that. Maybe that is what the Germany-Thing wants. 3.Reich loved his psycolocical warfare after all." "But maybe this is what it wants!", France howled again. "To cradle us in safety and then... attack us again. It pretents to be weak, meanwhile it is collecting his power because getting caught was just part of his plan and then-" She stopped apruptly as her breathing became too haisty to speak. Her whole body was shaking. "It's not possible.", UK said calmly. "His land is in ruins and his infrastructure down. Germany can do as good as nothing anymore. Also a good part of his soldiers are captured or dead." He rememberd the thinned out figure emerging from the dust in the air, eyes filled with hate. " 3.Reich or whatever this was, is nothing to worry about anymore. After all, we still won the war." Fitting to the half-truths he just told, UK smiled very sweetly. France looked all of the sudden very drained and tired. Of corse reality was not that simple like that what he just described. But the most important thing was now to keep France upboard (or at least sane). "Remember, only you can now help-Sir, the other nations are done. Would you like to join right now or should I tell them to wait a bit?" An officer had peaked his head into the tent, rudely disturbing the serious scene they were in. UK quickly got up. "We are ready. Continue your work." The officer nodded and dissapeared. There was a short uncomfortable pause were nobody knew what to say. "Let's just get going.", UK finally said determing.
