"Do you guys just wanna drive around for a while? I could drop whoever off whenever that way," Cian asked.

"That sounds like a lot of fun, actually. I'm down," I said. Cian sat up from their bed and went to where they put their keys.

"Anyone else wanna join, or is it just me and Y/N?" Cian asked.

"Why do you even need to ask? Of course I'm joining!" Violet smiled.

"I was planning to join, too," Ranboo said.

"Great! Then let's head out!" Cian said.

We walked out of his room, then outside to where his car was. Violet and Cian got in the front, while Ranboo and I sat in the back. It was kind of awkward silence for a bit.

"It's too silent. Alright, who wants the aux?" Cian asked. Violet immediately grabbed the aux cord and plugged it into her phone. Immediately, Roadtrip started playing.

"noW THAT INTERSTATE IS PAVED WITH MEMORIES–" We all yelled.

It was a lot of fun, jamming out to Dream and Wilbur's songs. (go stream Lovejoy's new music btw) We had fun, up until Violet had to leave to get ready for work. We said bye to her, and continued to drive for a bit longer.

"I think we should head back soon... Plus, I don't think my parents want anyone staying the night again..." Cian sighed.

"Well, we need our stuff first, so we'll have to head back eventually... I guess now would be the best time, huh?" Ranboo sighed. 

"My parents are working later tonight though. I don't wanna hang out at home all aloneee," I sighed. Ranboo looked over at me.

"We can hang out if you want to!" Ranboo smiled.

"Are you sure? I wouldn't want to make you-" I started to say, before being interrupted.

"Of course you lovebirds would hang out, especially without me!" Cian teased. I rolled my eyes.

"I mean, you could join us-" I said.

"Nope, nope, I'm really not looking to be a third wheel today!" Cian said. I sighed.

"Y/N, do you want to hang out when Cian decides to drop us off?" Ranboo asked. I looked over at him again.

"I mean, if you're cool with it, then sure!" I smiled. Ranboo smiled back.

"I'm totally fine with it!" Ranboo said. I looked up at Cian and saw them smirking.

To skip all the useless details, Cian drove us back to his place, Ranboo and I got our stuff, then got dropped off at Ranboo's house, where we put whatever we had up in Ranboo's room before deciding on what to do. I laid on Ranboo's bed and stared at the ceiling.

"You know what sounds good right now?" Ranboo randomly said. I looked over at him.

"What?" I asked.

"Boba. I've never even had it, but it sounds good," Ranboo said. I sat up.

"That actually sounds amazing, I'm down," I smiled.

"Alright, let's go get some Boba then! Maybe while we're at it, you could tell me that thing you've been wanting to tell me for a bit now~" Ranboo gave me a look. I laughed a bit.

We made our way to the Boba shop that was in our town. We walked in, and got whatever seemed good. I got raspberry green tea, while Ranboo got a matcha tea one. (Deadass just getting what's off of Caribou's menu😭) We walked back outside. 

"Hey Y/N?" Ranboo asked I looked up at him. 

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Can I tell you something...?" Ranboo asked.

"Yeah, of course!" I smiled, as we walked into a nice park area. He stopped walking, so I did too. I turned around to face him.

"Well, I've been thinking about this a lot recently. And the last few days, I've sort of realized how I feel..." Ranboo said. He started turning red. "I don't really know how to say this, so I'm just going to say it... Y/N, I like you. A lot... I can't stop thinking about us, and that we've gone on dates, have been flirting, but haven't said anything about being more than friends." 

"Ranboo, I think I feel the same way... This is what I've been wanting to tell you-" I admitted. Ranboo looked pretty relieved.

"You, think...?" Ranboo asked.

"I'm not 100% sure- I mean, there's definitely something there, just- I don't know, I'm sorry-" I rambled.

"Hey, hey, it's okay not to know! I completely get it!" Ranboo smiled.

"I think I'd be willing to give us a try, if that's what you'd want that..." I said. 

"If you wanna try being together, I'm willing to try it," Ranboo said. I smiled.

"Alright then," I smiled. 

"Hey, could I possibly do something really quickly...?" Ranboo asked.

"Sure?" I said. Should I be worried about what was about to happen...?

We looked into each other's eyes for a bit. Ranboo looked like he wasn't sure if he should do what he was about to do. We were slowly leaning in, up until our lips touched. I felt my face heating up so much. I felt so many different feelings at that moment.

I felt Ranboo wrap his arms around me. I did the same thing. It felt like fireworks were lit as we kissed. It was a feeling I didn't ever want ending, but eventually, we pulled away... I was so surprised by that moment.

"That was... The best thing I think I've ever done-" Ranboo said. I laughed a bit at what he said.

"I didn't think I could fall more in love, yet here we are-" I laughed.

FINALLY! AFTER 19 CHAPTERS, WE'VE FINALLY GOT ROMANCE! 

I'm so sorry it took so long, it was never my intention to have it take so long😭 I didn't want the story to be rushed, but then I couldn't figure out what the best chapter to include romance would be. But finally, we've got some, and we'll have way more too now, promise🥰

Also THREE CHAPTER POST TODAY, POGGG! I'm writing chapter 25 right now😳 And have spent all day doing it, someone save me LMFAO
